I have been banking with this bank for over 30 years hit a few roadblocks here lately. Lance Lillard at the Del City branch has went above and beyond to help me with the situation that I am going through at the moment. I can’t thank you enough Lance. ?Respectfully,Chris Goodrum

Wonderful bank with excellent customer service. Myself and my mother just recently joined FNB just last week after leaving another bank were our account information was compromised. We were treated pretty badly to say the least by the other bank after many years of banking there. Whenever we walked into your bank me and my mother were both pretty shaken up due to the circumstances which we left our other bank under and having our personal information violated. We got to sit down and talk with Bridgette and she was very reassuring. She is not only sweet and very caring, but you can tell she has a passion for her work and wanting to go that extra mile to know her customers and to do anything to not only make them feel valued, but safe and secure as well when it comes to their funds. I would rate you guys 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful community bank. Here you're not an account number, but an actual person. Elsie and the other bankers are great. They are helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

It is a good bank for the most part. They are very kind and quick to help and even make your debit cards the same day most of the time. The only thing I wish they offered that most other banks offer is free money orders or at the very least cheaper money orders. I have to get a money order to send in to pay my rent monthly and I ended up having to open an account somewhere else for the money order service. FNB charges more then $3 for a money order when other banks do them for free as a courtesy and even Walmart only charges $.88 cents. So that is one thing I am definitely disappointed about. Now apparently the Del City branch is closed till June 15th and I can't seem to find why.

Zero star!!! Unfortunately, we have Google forcing to rate a one star without the option of zero star. My mom has excellent credit with scores in the 700s (last check was 720). I went with her to this bank to help her on how to get a Consolidation Loan since she wanted one place to focus her awesome paying powers instead of keeping track of multiple places (some of the places tacked outrageous interest rates despite her amazing credit history). Plus to organize her medical bills and some of her bills, etc. My brother and his now finally ex-girlfriend put her into this huge mess. Now, hours later after applying, the VP of the bank who still have the final say with approval despite what bizzare "underwriter" faceless name say, told her that they "could not" give her the loan. Whoa, what?! First time ever in her life!!! Why? Because of an old identity theft that someone opened a credit card in her name and it was obvious that she did not do that. Plus she has her own credit card that currently has zero balance that she rarely use, so mom don't even need to have another credit card open. Mom has many years of fantastic credit and payments history of never, ever be late. All the evidence shows her always paying everything on time and quickly. She even put up her $38,000 SUV (fully paid at time of purchase) and the bank know they can take her vehicle and easily sell for at least $20,000 if she don't pay back on a small $7,000 loan. Absolutely d**** stupid and moronic of them! Mom had a loan once at this bank before and paid off quickly. So... What the f--k?! That was wrong to mistreat her just because of an old identity theft of an opened credit card when everyone knows that it wasn't her. This bank with billions of dollars ultimately failed hardcore and now Karma will go after them severely! And yeah, they think it's funny for her to pay $800 each month to multiple loan places instead of allowing her to consolidate into one place of $200 to $300 a month. Because of their lame behavior, they lost the opportunity to earn free money from the interest rate! FNB in Del City has FAILED!!!

I like Community Banks better than I do the Big Chain Banks. A community bank has a more down-home feel to it, and the people who work there are much more open and friendly. Granted, they don't have the resources that a bigger bank has, so if you are looking for a business loan you may want to look somewhere else. But for the average American homeowner, this is a great place to bank.

They waist money on needless paperwork. Have few ATMs and charge when you use a 7 11 free ATM. Regret ever doing business.

Paperwork was simple. Loan approved quickly, and Lance walked me through everything I needed to know.
