I’m not from the okc area but i was in town for a few days and wanted to get some flowers for someone’s birthday so I called this place because they were close to the hotel that inwas staying at… I had rent a scooter (16.00) I put the address in my phones GPS so whenever I made it to the area it kept saying I reached my destination but I didn’t see anything indicating that I was in the right place I was looking for a name or something associated with the business so I decided to call them and that’s when things got ugly .. the lady kept saying she wasn’t familiar with the downtown area (but your business is there) and I was like just tell me what you’re located next to then got rude and starting yelling and saying “don’t you have gps on your phone and I again told her what it was saying so she was like I don’t what to tell you but I have to go help other customers ole rude ass racist azz

Terrible experience. Ordered flowers, was charged for them and they never delivered them. had to call and get a refund.

Dangerous drivers.
I'm not sure about their flowers,
but their delivery drivers are dangerous and reckless.
Road construction on Portland this driver raced ahead of me slammed on the brakes, caused me to damage my load.
The next time I need flowers for an event, I will remember not to call this place.
They are likely to kill someone on their way to a job.

Second time visiting Floral And Hardy. We are from out state and stopped by to pick up a plant for family living in OKC. Amazing service and quality. Owner was very helpful and gave great advice on growing/caring for the plants.

My grandmother's funeral is tomorrow morning, & my husband offered to get display flowers to take the load off our family. There was an error that resulted in some BIG sadness from me, & my husband called his usual spots for emergency help. No one could make it by 8am tomorrow (totally understandable, it was 4pm when he realized his error)... Enter Floral & Hardy. I got a, "You have 60 seconds to choose colors" call from my husband, & they handled the rest. IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR!!! Before closing! I panicked & chose ALL Grandma's favorite colors, so maybe not the ideal color scheme... but I'm thrilled. She LOVED bright flowers, & the idea of not bringing her one last big bouquet really compounded my grief... Jay, you are a miracle-worker & a true angel. She gave my husband the kindest hug & put this together as if we were her own family. Instead of tears of sorrow, I'm genuinely crying tears of gratitude & joy. Grandma would love it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Bless you guys <31st time customer turned (& immediately treated like) LIFELONG customer! Also, in addition to the biggest-hearted employees, they have the cutest name ever with an incredible location just off the highway with great parking :)

I was needing same day delivery. After looking at other Florist on line, I was not able to get same day delivery or talk to a real person. Floral And Hardy, answered my phone call, made the delivery I needed within 2 hours. The bouquet and little bear were beautiful and brightened my sisters day! They provided a great dependable service. I will definitely use them again!

Wonderful experience and good price.I was trying (last minute) to recreate the centerpiece from my parents wedding for their 40th anniversary. Jay was so helpful on a busy Friday with recommending flowers and helping me put together a fall arrangement that was a very good approximate. They had a wide range of flowers and worked with me to keep the cost reasonable. 11/10 A great shop with great people.
