We have used them since early 2000. My Mother passed in 2017, they did our Trust taxes and went to do our 2018 Trust. Which we’d already paid $938.00 pre paid . And found our tax person had been fired. Husband and I both called numerous times to get our money back.Would not refund it. We had a 1099R that came in the mail. So they couldn’t have done them right. Spoke with Larry and Tyler. Now, fixing to call our Attorney! They are not the kind of people I would recommend to anyone!!
