My daughter's 2013 Corolla developed a serious transmission problem, and our search led us to Fleet transmission - and what an adventure it became! I suspected a teardown would be necessary, and John at Fleet confirmed it.
While the repair took longer than anyone might have expected, John kept us informed at every step, never made promises he couldn't keep other than to return the car when it was truly fixed. Speaking with him on the phone a few times in the process, he stressed that he couldn't in good conscience return the vehicle unless he felt it was 100% in working order. He then relayed to us his own frustrations with bad parts, vendor communication, and other issues that drove the delays. Ultimately, however, he and his team got the transmission fixed, and replaced several other items at no cost because of the hassle involved in having no car - and still honored his initial estimate. We could hardly ask for more.
John's honesty and integrity are hard to find in the automotive repair world, and that has earned my hearty respect and endorsement. The car continues to run great!
