Went to have my TPS replaced, they never sync'd it to my car so I can see what my tire pressure is at. Few weeks went by and I had a flat due to a nail (thought it was the TPS at first) took it back in and asked if they could also sync the TPS to my car so I can see my pressure (I had that ability before they changed the TPS) and the dude started going on about "are you sure your car has that? most cars back then didn't have this feature".........why would you have installed a TPS if my car didn't have the ability to read a TPS .........I told them to just put my tire back on and forget about it. Going to a different shop after this conversation with one of their techs.

I called the store on 23rd St this past Monday, made an appointment for Thursday at 11:00, but showed up and nope, no appointment scheduled. Justin didn't apologize and said sometimes Google has the wrong number. What!? I called the store on May and Damon was so sweet! He offered to get the tires done today and I'm on my way there now! Damon on May saves the day!! ?? Can I say 5 stars for Damon and 1 for 23rd?

Went into this location paid for a set of brand new tires and valve stems to be replaced. They did not replace my valve stems. I went into this location three different times each time await of three hours or more to not have them fixed yet again! I also told them not to open my hood, but they did anyways and damaged my wires to my custom lighting!!!! This is the most Dishonest location I’ve been too!!!! I will not be back ever!!!!!!

Went to get an oil change a few days ago and he told me he didn’t complete the entire inspection on the vehicle but since im coming back in the morning, he can finish then. didn’t want me sitting there too long . no you jus didn’t wanna finish the job. Then didn’t write the date of the day he changed my oil on the sticker in my car ! so unprofessional it’s crazy

I came I here to get my car serviced and the manager denied to check my car because they don’t have the equipment to do so which I was understanding but when I asked do you recommend any other locations he said “google it” sensing the attitude and rudeness I decided to leave. I stopped here because the sign says “Auto complete Care” but clearly the sign and management needs updating.

** UPDATE TO THE NEW UPDATE ** Chris, the district manager for Firestone in my area, reached out and and handled the problem immediately. He sent a wrecker to my house to get my vehicle, replaced the damaged tires and realigned the car and then had it dropped back at my house. It's not great the situation happened in the first place but Chris handled the situation in a timely and professional manner and for that I'm grateful. ** NEW UPDATE ** Yesterday, my car sounded like it was losing traction when I would make turns. I checked the rear tires and they're in great shape. It continued to get worse throughout the day so I took it to a non Firestone mechanic and he checked the front tires. Equal amounts of inner wear on the inside of each front tire. I told him I had recently had the car aligned. He said it didn't look as though it was aligned properly, if at all. I'm reaching out to the district manager today. He reimbursed me for a battery that should have never gone bad. He also explained forms advising service was completed may have been noted incorrectly. He also explained Rick had misinformed me about how to receive parts. I was told these were "teachable moments" for Rick. I was out a lot of money to rent a car due to Firestone's incompetence. I acquiesced and let Firestone go with the reimbursement of the battery I had to buy the day I picked the car up. Firestone put me in a car with more services not done correctly which is a danger to not just me but everyone else on the road. I'm once again without a vehicle and now have to deal with Firestone which is a risky prospect. At the very least Firestone needs to replace the tires after aligning it correctly. This needs to happen immediately. I will update when I communicate with Firestone. **UPDATE** Chris, a regional manager with Firestone reached out to me last week. I told him everything I wrote in this post. He was gracious and apologized. He told me he'd speak with Rick to find out what happened and get back with me in a few days. After a couple day Chris contacted me and said he'd visited the location and spoken to Rick. Good news is Chris verified everything I'd told him. By his own admission Rick never called the vendor to get updates regarding the part. He admitted to not reaching out to me at all. Rick admitted to "joking" about not wanting to roll my window up and it must have been my "not getting" the joke. Hilarious. He admitted to asking me to buy a part he could've easily sourced had he made the slightest effort. Chris seemed exasperated but that he'd work with Rick to make sure these situations don't happen in the future. Firestone reimbursed me for the battery, which was a decent gesture. I'm still down $800.00 on a rental I would not have had if not for Rick's as yet unexplained but admitted ineptitude. Rick's been with Firestone for a decade, so unsure why he's still managing a store. Chris was very helpful and I'm sure this isn't the first time he's had to deal with this type of concern from a customer regarding Rick. So, thanks to one single person admittedly not doing their job correctly I'm down $800.00. I can't speak to all Firestone locations, but the one on NW 23rd in Oklahoma City should be avoided. Well, unless you have a high tolerance for poor customer service and losing money.

Horrible experience. Waited three days for an air compressor and full set of new tires. Dropped off my car on a Monday morning. I had to call for status every night, every day told leave another night. Wednesday, they said I had to leave my car another night because the guy working on it had an emergency and had to leave. So alignment was checked but not performed on my 4 new top of the line tires. But I had to have my car. So I paid and was supposed to drop it another day… so called today, whoever answered the phone argued with me that the tires didn’t need to be aligned, I had to explain to him what I was told when I picked it up, it needed aligned. He said “I’ll look” and sure enough needs aligned to which he says, we didn’t have contact from you so we didn’t do it, I said how would I know, he said we should call.They can get me in for alignment September 11, I’m leaving on a road trip before then, made it clear I had to have it the morning I left it.So I’ll have to take my 4 very expensive new tires somewhere else to be aligned.Also.. the gentleman that ran the front when I checked out could not figure out how to charge me, I figured it out and explained it to him. The entire time he’s complaining about being the only one there for hours, he’s tired and his girlfriend is calling repeatedly. He’s looking at his phone.Don’t go there. $2,700 later, customer no service.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am, dropped my car off at 9:50am and went to the local farmers market with a friend. After not hearing anything by noon, I decided to call for an update and was told they were about to start on my car. Then I still hadn't heard anything by 4:00pm so I called again and was told "we are pulling your car in the garage right now to get a start on it". Finally received a call at 5:15pm that it was finished. $130 and 7.5 hours later, I get in my car to head home and it is COVERED in greasy handprints, the outside and inside!! I had to wipe everything down before I could even touch my steering wheel to go home. Overall, I'm disappointed in the length of time it took to get an oil change especially when I had a scheduled appointment, the costly price, and the utter disrespect to my vehicle in the process. Will not be returning here.... Take-5 and Jiffy Lube have faster turnaround times, better prices, and incredible service teams that actually respect you and your car!!

Had appointment but the internet price and actual price was totally different. Off by over 100. Went to another FS store and no one would help me . One person in garage. Lost a customer of 30 years.

Completely irresponsible and negligent. What tire company do you know installs tires the wrong direction .. this one. On top of that they refuse to take responsibility for it even with proof. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They are horrible when I walked in the guy is a rude person. I wanted my tire looked at because it keeps going down and they all are brand new. They want me to wait a week for them to check my tire. That is not okService: Tires
