I was recommended to this store by a coworker. When I arrived I was almost immediately greeted and told they would be with me as soon as someone was available since there were other customers in the store. When I started receiving help, it was from Mason. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I took close to an hour of his time and he never once got impatient or rude. He was nice, friendly, courteous, and overall seemed happy to be helping me with my search for AR parts. They had every single part I was looking for in a variety of colors, makes, and styles. I personally will be shopping here solely for my weapons and weapon parts due to their customer service, selection, and friendliness. I have been in the store several times since my original visit. This store is almost 45 minutes away from me and I still choose to drive here than go to a closer store.

I bought some parts for my ar15 over 700$ that the EMPLOYEE RECOMMENDED. One of them Ended up not fitting the gun 10 minutes later and would not give my money back. No signs saying no refunds just a few words on the receipt but it was too late at that point.

Man these guys really effed me over on a Glock19 never shot and totally broken. Literally missing a piece… they sold it with a MCK that broke immediately as well. Thanks guys!!!

I went in wanting a .22 pistol and saw one that felt nice in the hand, slim, and compact with metal frame. Asked if they could order something similar to the one I was handling with a threaded barrel. I ended up buying and ordering one they recommended and the pistol that came in was made almost entirely of plastic, bulkier then a Glock and is the most inaccurate pistol I have ever shot. Good waste of $500. I did get %10 off ammo for buying it. Only reason it's not a 1 star.

Firearm Central has a huge selection of firearms, parts, ammunition, and are always open. My transactions are always fast, simple and easy. Brian, their technician, is very knowledgeable with any problems and they get things done right away. They always have the latest and greatest tech, and all the fancy high end parts to build that best platform. They also will work with you if you are an established customer and will make sure your taken care of. If I need something, they will order it for me right away without having to come in and make a deposit. Highly recommend this place to someone starting out with firearms or even to the veteran experts. I appreciate you guys very much!

I walked into Firearm Central today for the first time, I must say I was impressed with the selection of firearms they have and was even more impressed with the customer service they offer. If they don't have what you are looking for they seem to make every effort to find and order what you are looking for. They also seem to be knowledgeable as well. I will be doing more business with them in the future

Very large selection of items, friendly staff. Unfortunately, I'm a cheapo so I didn't buy half of what I came in to buy. Their markups seem very very high to me. I'm okay with paying a little more and supporting local but the magnifier I wanted was $300 and you can get it on Amazon for $190. Like I said, id be willing to pay like 230 to help support local but Holy cow big markup.
