I was at the Quail Springs Finish line on Saturday 12/30/2023 around 11:30am and the lady working was absolutely horrible. I had to approach her about getting a shoe size for my daughter and it was like how dare me ask her to do her job. She was very rude and seemed as if she had no care in the world to assist us. My daughter has a mental disability and if it weren't for the fact she loved the shoe, we were trying on, we would not have purchased from this store. I can promise you this will be the last purchase I make at Finish Line. I was in shock at her lack of care or concern to help a customer. To make things worse she seemed as if she was in a management type position. She should be fired for her lack of care towards a customer.

Don't shop at this shoe store. Their sale reps give me the wrong size shoe for my daughter. When she wore them one time and said they were tight on her feet, I took them back to Finish Line inside Quail Springs Mall in OKC and they would not refund my money or exchange my shoes for the right size because they give me the lame excuse that the shoe have been worn before. Of course, the shoes had been worn before she had to try them on. Don't shop here. This store is a scam, fraudulent, and terrible customer service.

Nice car wash am not a fun of car wash memberships but this one is really worth it your car comes out clean no streaks left behind and the staff are amazing and welcoming

They manager at this store sucks her attitude is very unprofessional and is causing people to stir the other way. Don’t spend your money at this store! I shopped online and the black manager there refused to let me exchange. She claim they had a sticker over the box preventing her from scanning bar code and refused to exchange or give my money back. I don’t shop at Finish Line as it is but this one seals the deal. They ruined my Granddaughter birthday!! Get rid of the manager

Purchased a pair of shoes two days ago, once I got home to try them on noticed they where dirty to the point they looked like someone wore them and then returned them also they had a pretty bad sharpie stain as well. I tried to return them and was told by the manager he wouldn’t return them because they where worn after a conversation that was seeming to get nowhere he boxed up the shoes and put them in the bag and said he wouldn’t return them then turned away. Overall not a great experience just make sure to check your shoes before you leave the store.

Went to this location during Christmas to buy shoes and clothes for my family last year. The customer service was horrendous! The associates took forever to even ask me what sizes I needed and then when they finally asked, the computer's stock and what was actually in stock didn't match at all. When I finally decided to buy something, the manager got mad because I didn't want to give my personal info (email, phone) before I bought it. Then the manager tried to put in her personal rewards account so that she could get the points instead. I caught this and told her that I was not signing the rewards screen and just run my purchase straight cash. I will never shop at this location ever again. I definitely do not recommend this location at all.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews but after my experience at this store on March 18th I feel like I should warn people. First of all, the customer service is terrible! The "gentleman" who was assisting my son and I acted like I was really inconveniencing him by asking for my sons size and he was very rude. Second, my son wore the $100 Nike Air Max that we purchased for the first time yesterday and already they are falling apart. I contact the store and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do since the shoes have been worn. Needless to say, I am not happy! You expect better quality when you're spending that much money. I won't be going back to this store and you should think twice before visiting them also.

I drove to Finish line from Stillwater hoping I would find something else because the shoes didn’t fit. When we arrived, no one was in the store but us, I wanted to just return them so the sales associate went to go get the manager from the back. We waited 20 mins just for him to come and help us. Then it took another 10 mins for him to return them. Very disappointed on how management made us wait for so long. His excuse was he was using the restroom. Im not sure he returned the money to my card. It’s not showing it was credited back.

So have always shopped at this store. Today go in see shoes I liked bought two pairs one reg priced one was tagged on three of the same shoes 100 off reg price 170. So go to pay. The guy rings them up while holding the shoe and says they are 130.00 60 more than expected would not honor the tag.
