Love this place!
I purchased a new vehicle and came to finish line to fix my rotors they did a good job and where flexible with the hours I needed it done by.
I also came back to use them for a incident that happened to the front bumper and head light of my vehicle that was damaged they fixed it up in a week and even detailed my car and the work they didnt even look like it was damaged they did such a good job.
Martin and Rita also Tomas are wonderful people they make you feel like you're apart of the family they work with you and stay on top of things and get the job done I will recommend this place to anyone in need!

Very bad work on the part of this company, I took my car, my Honda Civic, and paid $3,500 to repair it from the back and they delivered the car to me after 2 months when they told me it would be in 2 weeks and the worst of all is that at the last minute They wanted to charge me for having the car and they did a very bad job, the paint did not fit, the lines were not aligned, very bad friends, I do not recommend this place

I'd like to share i had a great experience here at finish line automotive. Tomas was great at explaining what the diagnosis team found and what the next steps are to get my vehicle repaired.
10/10 would recommend.

I am very upset by the service of these people. They sold me a car whose transmission doesn't work. In the first week I bought it, I let them know and they told me to take it and they would fix anything and this happened in May and now. It is October and they have not solved anything for me. I have taken my car many times and they have delivered it to me the same and they still charged me for parts that according to them they put in and the car remains the same, in the end I have come to think that mine is material loss but I hope something else doesn't happen to them because it's not worth abusing others.

A man in a truck for this company followed me around target parking lot, eventually i stopped to see what he wanted and he tried to sell me his service. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I hate writing bad reviews so I held off and tried to give these guys time to make it right but they just kept digging a hole.
bought a lemon on 5/31/24, called the next morning, and told them and they quickly agreed to fix the issues and replace the transmission for $650, not a bad price but they sold me a nonworking vehicle that they promised had no mechanical issues and I have all the messages to prove it so they had no choice or they would just lose in court and they knew it 100%. they were also supposed to fix the A/C which they said they did twice and still doesn't work. they put bandaids on sharkbites and lie about what they replace. The owner Martine and his wife are rude, they wouldn't honor the warranty the salesman Tomas promised me when purchasing the vehicle!! my lesson GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, READ THE FINE PRINT, AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FINISHLINE AUTOMOTIVE! lol the owner said he welcomes bad reviews when I mentioned I would write one if they didn't follow through with what they promised. well here it is Martine
I have recorded phone calls and videos so they can't say I'm not a customer like they do other bad reviews

I want to share what a wonderful experience I had purchasing my Buick Enclave through Tomas at Finish Line Automotive. Everyone went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. I got a wonderful SUV and will definitely use Front Line to Service my vehicles. Highly recommend these guys!

Took my car here on a whim on a Saturday. Knew nothing about them. They gave me a quote, went to a different place. Quote was much higher but they also confirmed the issues Finishline stated. Chose Finishline and very happy I did. Vehicle has been running great, feels brand new. Will definitely come back if any other issues. Customer service was great as well!
