After repeated calls to Fergusons inquiring about when I might get my appliances and cabinet knobs, I still don’t have any answers as they have not returned any calls with information. The scheduling of the building of my cabinets is dependent on when I will get my appliances, so this has been a HUGE problem. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I’ve received from them as I spent a sizable amount of money there!

When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2019 our GC took us to Ferguson to choose our fixtures. That experience was fantastic, we were shown only items that fit within our budget and when we needed to compromise on some items due to cost we weren't made to feel like we weren't worth their time.Fast forward go 2023, our faucets developed some flow issues and the plumber we hired to repair them caused more issues than they fixed. I decided to deal with the problem myself and went back to Ferguson to ask for help. Not only did the parts department take the time to find the schematic for my faucet (which is being retired by the manufacturer I learned) but when they couldn't find anyone who had the part in stock they took me to the Business Manager who took my info and said she'd look into it. Due to her help I'm now getting new faucets covered under warranty and she did ALL the work to help me! I don't know if/when we will do another remodel, but our fixtures will come from Ferguson for sure!

This is very disappointing I called and asked if they had a specific faucet I was told yes they even gave me the price I drive 45minutes to this place walk in and explain that I called the day before and I am here to pick it up then I get informed that they haven't carried this for several years REALLY how can you give a person a price and tell them you have several in stock if you haven't carried them for several years I was not happy

Great experience. Be patient if you go on a Saturday as they are not full up on staff. Staff help was awesome. Explained all the different options for a new shower head we were shopping for. Printed out all the documents we needed for our plumber. Single head is before. With the hose is after. Definitely recommend. Thanks for the great service

Warranty "service" is severely lacking. Requires daily follow up for any movement.

Very helpful staff. Largest selection in okc of faucets, tubs and anything kitchen or bath related. If you’re building or remodeling this is a must see on your to do list.
