Horrible service by FedEx. I am gonna file a lawsuit against Fedex. Because FedEx delivery driver lied about the he attempted delivery, I have camera proof that he never came and no door tag as well. He is horrible, not doing his job and when I called customer service and asked to speak to the sup , again this so called sup hung up on me.

Worst experience ever!!! FEDEX has no real customer service! You can't get a human on the phone to actually talk to. I had a question that had nothing to do with a package being delivered, but desperately needed to talk to a human at the specific location I picked up a package from after a considerable cluster of misdirection on their part!! I DEMAND TO TALK TO A HUMAN!!!

Welcome to the Southside! Rude front desk adult woman with pig tails. She is chatting with her person in front of me and the lady on the side that is needing to ship something about blenders etc. Finally he is done and the side line chick said to get me next and I said no you can go I just need to speak with Doug. I guess since the guy was still standing there she wasn't done with him. That is whoi was told I was asking for to get the mail that got delivered to that location by error of the post office per another employee that spoke and setup this with Doug via phone. I said unless you can help me and she said no you can wait for Doug...he's on lunch break. I was frustrated at this point and asked when will he be back and she said a few mins...no exact time. So I spoke with the employee I spoke with that set this up said she told him I was headed there now but ended up taking lunch instead. So I decided while I wait to make this review. Not professional...I guess that is a thing of the past. I hope I don't ever have to come to this location again!

Life-saving medicine for my kitten was supposed to be delivered today. I'm home all week but yet the driver marked that nobody was home to receive the package.
I called up at customer service and they put in a request before noon for this package delivery to be reattempted TODAY. According to the representative, the driver also put down that it was dangerous to deliver the package, even though my house is in a safe area.
I just called back after receiving a notice my package was going tobe delivered tomorrow instead and was told the location on Portland had declined re-delivery attempt for today.
I have video evidence that the driver was never in front of my house either at any point today, so how could they even make the report on my package delivery that they did?
When I asked to speak to someone at the Portland location, I was told the customer service rep didn't have the direct phone number and instead that I should receive a call from the location today instead. How can I trust that I'll actually receive a phone call, if the driver didn't even come to my house for the delivery?
I need this medicine today for my kitten, and the fact that they don't care about the urgency, truly makes me distrust FedEx when handling any important packages moving forward.

Trash no one to contact but a 1800 number no local people maybe because they got too many complaints. Day two no package way to do your jobs

Referring to FedEx shipping in general. FedEx shipping claim they deliver out in the country but don't if your dogs are out running free. Well news alert, almost everyone in country have free roaming dogs! If you can't deliver with dogs then u need to be kept in city limits! Or choose a new career! So basically FedEx doesn't deliver in country like they claim!

Just the absolute worst customer service you can find in a company. Out of the last 3 packages they were supposed to deliver to me, they lost 2! Then this 3rd one is delayed by days because they can't follow their own schedule. Its infuriating because you also can't reach a human on the phone for any help. If you do finally reach a human after hours of automation, they will not help you either.
