It seems every FedEx location has a bunch of incompetent and miserable employees who could care less about the customers or providing decent customer service. I called the location about intercepting my envelope that had important travel documents, the guy said he couldn't do anything as the location where my package is closed. The guy was rude and hanged up on me. Because they messed up, I missed my international flight and all of the connecting flight! I HATE FedEx. Never deal with them.

FedEx is simply incapable of successfully delivering packages in this market. This has been an issue for years and is extremely frustrating. Most packages are significantly abused in shipment.
For the most part, we refuse to accept shipments from vendors via FedEx. However, there are some vendors that have no other option available and we are not easily able to change vendors. We receive hundred of packages a year and we can bet if it is coming via FedEx that we must pre-warn clients to expect a problem.

This FedEx location does not want business. I've been shipping overnight priority boxes of mother's milk to my sick baby across the country for months, always using the same shipping procedure. They were great for a while, but then suddenly informed me of "rules" for shipping (ex. WHITE boxes ONLY will be accepted) and would not accept my shipment. These "rules" are not on their website, so it appears to be personal preference instead of FedEx shipping rules. They are the only location in Oklahoma City who will accept dry ice, so if they do not accept my shipment I have no way of sending the milk to my baby. If FedEx wants to keep their business, they need new management at this location.

Absolutely the worst service possible. I never have a problem with Amazon or UPS. Every shipment is not delivered because the drivers cannot or will not follow instructions. Very disappointing. I go out of my way not to have to use them...

I ordered a bicycle for my special needs sons birthday ? and tracked the package ? the package said It had arrived in Oklahoma city. They left it at the sorting facility because they said it arrived so damaged that they had to repack it. It took them a whole another day to repack it. The next day it was out for delivery the had some packages to drop off in Edmond and then come over to me in the Bluff Creek area 73162. The package showed it was on the truck and out for delivery they didn't deliver the package until the following day! When it arrived it even though they repacked it in Oklahoma the package ? was agian damaged. It is a Tricycle for my special needs sons birthday, I picked it up, brought it to have it assembled only to find out that they tore the brand new seat and bent and damaged the rim. I had to order a new one and get a refund for the old one. Here I am agian sitting in my car waiting on this one to be delivered it shows its supposed to be here from 11am to 3pm today Friday April 5th
Me and my son have been sitting in our car since 11am waiting on this package at 1:46pm a FedEx truck ? came racing down our street didn't even stop to delivery our package and just went right past us. The time is now 2:46pm still NO PACKAGE... this is the second package ? we have ordered still nothing. FEDEX has the worst customer service. If they damage a package they won't give u your money back they will tell u your have to get the company you ordered with to file a complaint with FEDEX so they can give the company you ordered with the money back instead even though it's my money and our package ? Don't use FEDEX these people are terrible people who do not care about there customers or there customers packages

This is ridiculous. I'm not sure if this location is the one dropping off my packages, but this is the second time in two weeks that I have watched the FedEx driver drive into our parking lot, not get off the truck and then leave without dropping off my package. My unit can be seen from the parking lot. I have 4 - 5 packages a week delivered through FedEx. It should not be that difficult to drop the package off to the proper location just as the other FedEx drivers do all week long!!!! This is the second week that I will be reaching out in two weeks for the same issue on the same day!!! This review will not be removed until I go two weeks without any delivery issues.

Happened to be looking out the window and saw one of your drivers holding up the mail man. Was literally driving like 2mph infront of the mail man then left the neighborhood at normal speed. I feel bad for the mail person now.Why would a company teach that to it's drivers?

Horrible service, delivered to wrong address even though I had all the information correct on my end. Paid for overnight delivery and still didn’t get here for days and I eventually had to go in store to pick up myself. No refund for the money I spent on shipping either. Don’t use FedEx they are garbage.
