Office Depot ~ I joke with the staff every time I go in. I remind them that this location is my 2nd home. Boss K tells me that she will see me in a couple of days-lol!!! By far, this is the best location in the world!!! Boss K, Baylor, Marc, Ms A, and Zac are the best representation of great customer service!!! They are persistent in helping and you being satisfied with the results. Keep up the good work; you ladies and gentlemen are amazing!!! You guys should hold classes on how important it is to have return customers...

I got an email with a prepaid label...or so I thought. The QR code was to bring up the label. The guy scanned it on my phone. Had me go over to printer after emailing to the print and go machine to print a bigger QR code....after I paid $.70 for it.... Because the label FedEx reader couldn't pull it up or something is what the guy said.... Unfortunately I was out the money to print said QR and still was unable to ship my package. After a 15 min wait... I left with my package and got on the phone to company to have them send yet another prepaid label.... Next time I prefer UPS or the post office.... Because grrrrrr Won't return to this location. Questions reach out!Respectfully,Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

Walked in and as usual for a FedEx, there was a line. I got in and waited, after about 10 minutes I was about to be next until someome else walked in and the lady behind the counter decided I didn't exist anymore and immediately stopped what she was doing to help them. I said okay cool thanks and walked out. Terrible customer service. I already had my stuff boxed up with a label, it would have taken her 30 seconds to get me taken care of and on my way. But nah help the lady that walked in with 10 unlabled boxes. Every fedex I've been to in the last 6 months is about the same. 2-3 people in the back walking around talking while a line forms. UPS usually has 2-3 people JUST taking packages and helping customers but somehow fedex can't put in the effort.

Honestly how hard is it to hire someone with a nice personality. I walked in at 9am. You could tell the women was bothered coming from the back. I told her I had a few things to drop off and she was rude. By this I mean in tone and words. Why did you smile, role your eyes and the speak condescendingly? I worked for Office Depot in their copy in print center in college. It's honestly not that hard of a job but it's even easier to be kind. I won't be coming back. By the way this was my 2nd time coming here. Both encounters were awful.

Such a disappointing FedEx store. I would recommend finding another location. Poor customer service, especially with their printing services. You've been warned.

Convenient location and quick service! Everything needed from office supplies, printing or mailing! Self service or someone to help immediately. Love the selection of greeting cards too!!

I arrived an hour before close with no one in the store but me and one employee. I usually go to the one on 23rd street and can get my printing needs done in about half an hour, but always same day. This employee made it clear that she was not interested in helping me. She said she wasn't going to be able to get it done before close. More like she just wasn't going to do it, not that she couldn't. All I was doing was color printing 15 pages on card stock. It should have taken minutes. Apparently there were loads of orders ahead of me. But like I said, the store was empty. But what else could I have done? It's not like there is a competitor where I could have taken my business. So I'm making a second trip to come back tomorrow to pick up my printing that should have taken 5 minutes.
