I have used this Agency for a long time and I will never go with them again. I have my auto and my home insurance with them. They were ok at first but I would never ever use them again. My car insurance which I pay twice a year and always pay in full. My car insurance came due August in 2022. I called them about it and they put me with another underwriter even though my husband and I had perfect driving records.l I received a letter which was dated October 3 2022 and it said that they took $45.46 out of my account. I got the letter on 10-12-2022 and it was dated 10-2-23. They took $45.46 out of my account without my authorization. I called my agent Steve Morrow and they never called me back regarding this. I had paid my insurance in full. I called the main office of farmers and they said the Agent did not put down that we had home owners with them. I would never use this Agency again. Oh yes they are really nice when they want you to take insurance but they are terrible if you have problems. I would never use them again.

I have used this agent for several years. It was time for my renewal and Mr. Marrow and his office (Joan) told me my new monthly amount would be in the amount of $198, that would reoccur monthly and be debited from my account on the 29th. Joan then called back requesting my bank account number, routing number, and debit card information. The following day Farmers stole without my consent $1133 from my checking account. I called Mr. Marrow’s office to explain the situation and get my money back I never authorized them to take. I was told by Steve Marrow I would see the money they illegally stole anywhere from 8/5- 8/9. It’s currently 8/10 and I was just told by Skye from Mr. Marrows office that process to get my money back hasn’t even begun. So this agency has lied to me on multiple occasions and illegally taking money from my account.
