A very pleasant and friendly employee went out of her way to help me find the exact item(s) behind the counter that I was looking to purchase. She took the time to sift through all the Pokemon cards they offer to ensure I got the one I was looking for! I will return solely because of the friendly lady behind the counter.

I had pointed out that the monster price was wrong and they needed to fix it, the cashier who cashed me out apologized and the other cashier was sitting there one her phone and said we're working on fixing that. Instead of being on your phone, why not go fix it?
