Called me to tell me my pawn was about to go out on the floor, then when I hurrily go to get my items. They had thrown my bag away that my items came in. Smh so done doing business here.
Update: replaced my bag. Was very nice about it. ❤️

Great shop and friendly employees! Place was PACKED when i got there. Sean helped us out when we finally got to the front of the line and he was great, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us pick out a laptop to play games on that was in our budget and gave us a great deal! Will definitely be back to this place !

Totally scammed me on my pawn! I dont have a job at the moment and needed the money really bad so i had to pawn my gun that was brand new worth a little under 700 and they claimed they could only give me 200. I had no other choice but to take it. The lack of knowledge that they have about make, model, style/version of guns is poor. Guns are like cars... they have their base models and then they have higher end models with the manufacture added upgrades increasing the value of the car... NO DIFFERENT THAN GUNS!! they do the same exact thing! They over here looking up the base 400 model of the gun that i had and wont even listen when i tell them they are looking up the wrong one theres a different version... They could careless

Great store with an amazing selection- largest shoe selection I have seen. Wonderful staff who go above and beyond for customers. Kelsey and Evelyn are so kind and super helpful and all staff are fantastic. Love this store!!!

The BEST experience by far and with the most inventory. The workers are very nice and take their time with you and never pressure you into a sale. Evelyn is incredibly nice and I always ask for her when I’m here. Everybody here is a lot of fun and it’s a great environment! Be sure to stop by here and check it out! A horrifying reality of getting bedbugs from this place a couple months ago. I barely go out. This and a gas station were the only places I’ve visited for the past 4 months, and I know it wasn’t the station. I’d recommend selling on your own, as it will cost thousands to get rid of the infestation they culture in the store. I have to quarantine everything I picked up from them for about a year after now.

At first I was iffy about it because of the rude comments people have told me about here but I can say for my first time coming here Domingo was very respectful and he helped me out a lot if you come to this location ask for Domingo he is an excellent worker and you will leave here with a great smile on your face?

Took a bunch of dewalt and makita power tools to try to see what I could get for them. I simply don’t use them anymore because I switched over to all Milwaukee. The little white guy was super rude and gave me the vibe he thought I stole it. Didn’t even look at the tools or look any of them up, then tried to offer me $100. Obviously didn’t take that because it was a joke. Went and downloaded offer up, made $750 off of those same tools in a week. If you are selling tools in good shape, don’t go here. If you’re selling a 32” tv, then go ahead they gave the lady in front of me $100 to pawn a small tv.

Went in looking for a 12 gauge shot gun. Amber and the manager jay were so so so nice and very passionate about their job. The store was in great shape with a great selection and clean. I would highly recommend coming to this pawnshop Jay is amazing
