It was alright for the low price. However, I had to call customer service a few times because I could not get into the gate using the pin that was provided for me. So the customer service agent had to issue me a new pin. Finally it worked and I was able to get inside the gate.

I've not been at the facility in months. And when I come by to add more items to my unit, I found it empty. There's a lock on the door I didn't recognize, so that tells me my stuff was stolen. I called the office manager twice but no one returned my calls.
