I brought a use car from there remind you I'm a female told me everything was good and most of the use vehicle that over a hundred thousand is sent to a car auction, and assure me the car was the best out the vehicle. I brought the car they kept the car suppose to be dealing rhe car and oil Change and I will be ready the next day. Well no such thing I had to call and call for assistance about my vehicle that no one knew what was what. Finally got the car, inside clean and outside, no oil change have a bad oil leak. Drove vehicle home I barely made it home soon as I pull up at my residence which is only like 10 mins away from dealership my vehicle stop wouldn't start up or say anything. Went and spent money on a new battery it wasn't the battery come to be the alternator. . I understand I brought it as is but I dnt even have it for 20 mins before it stop on me. They claim they wouldn't reimburse me the money I had to pay to put into car shop to get car fix. Well claim they mailed me off a check almost two wee.ks ago and still nothing from them.. watch them cause they do sell use lemons. Took my cash money and send me to the dogs. They sell lemons. They do. Im living proof . And the sellmen didn't help me at all. he just made quarter for that day.

Great purchasing experience!! Entire team was terrific especially the salesman, Matthew, who was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. Most car purchases are not exactly pleasant but this one was…highly recommend Matthew and Lexus!!

We got there just to watch , everybody was very kind, we got there and they had snacks for everyone , we got some sodas and a cinnamon roll for my wife, them we met Matthew he was always very kind, we asked to see LX 600, he just went to grab the keys with no questions, he opened yhe car, he let us check him, he was very polite and answered all the questions, then we asked for a test drive, THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR RUNNING CREDIT or nothing else, we just got in the car right away and drove, my wife and I got in love with the suv, we decided we wanted it in our lives, ALL the staff was extremely polite and helpful, thank you to all we are very happy with our purchase, we will buy out next vehicle here with no doubt

This is the second time I bought an Eskridge Lexas from Nathan Gardner. The first time was in 2013. The car was working fine and my father always said a car should last at least 10 years. I kept up with regular maintenance and got a free car wash and vacuum every time I went in. I would even drive an hour just to get this service. Nathan was excellent. Very personable, thorough and efficient. Kept personal contact going throughout the time I owned the first vehicle. In fact, every person who we had contact with at Eskridge was personable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Just purchased a Lexus 350 Luxury from Eskridge Lexus in Oklahoma City. My salesman was Brian and he did a wonderful job. That model is very hard to find in stock but he had one that fit everything my wife wanted. If you are looking to buy a Lexus he is great to work with.

Took my car in because it was throwing two trouble codes - no check engine light. I told the service department what the codes were. One of the codes was a B15EC - Backup Battery Degradation. I received a text message later telling me this was classified as "Needs Immediate Attention", and that replacing the battery would cost nearly $660. This seemed a lot for a backup battery, so I did some research before approving the replacement. I found out this backup is for the Safety Connect System which can send repair services to you actual location if your primary battery is damaged. I also found this: "What happens if I am involved in a collision or require emergency services after November 1, 2022?
Safety Connect® services were discontinued as of November 1, 2022. As of that date, Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Emergency Assistance Button and Stolen Vehicle Locator are no longer available." So, IF I am reading this right, the battery Eskridge wanted to replace is part of a system that no longer functions, and would be of no use whatever to me. I texted and asked the service department if I was reading this right. There was no answer. I declined the replacement, and went to get my car. I didn't ask if the above was correct, and the service person did not volunteer any kind of explanation. To be fair, I didn't ask them if I needed to replace the battery, I just told them about the code. So my advice to anyone taking their to this service department is to make sure that the FIRST question you ask is "Do I even need this????"
