Cars are dirty and damaged. Beware not to attach your pike pass to there vehicle..Do not attach pike pass to rent a car. Even after returning the vehicle, we were getting billed even after transferring pike to our car..

We had friendly service and felt confident that we’d have support and assistance if anything unexpected went wrong with our rental vehicle. We will use Enterprise again!

Horrible experience! I called this morning and was ensured I would have a vehicle and someone would pick me up at 3:30. I called at 3:45 to see if someone was coming. The person I spoke to said he had absolutely no idea who I would’ve spoken to because they had no record and no vehicles. I double checked it was the correct number I called and what address. It’s really terrible when you wait all day to get picked up and then no longer call any other enterprises. My car was totaled in an accident and now I have zero way to get around. He barely even apologized and acted as if it happens all the time. Absolute garbage company who are supposed to help people in need.

Mr. Rockwell was super friendly, very informative, and provided above and beyond customer service! He reminded me of any personal belonging in the rental, fortunately I didn't have anything. I could only imagine if I forgot something important.

Johnna, the manager, handled my rental that went about two weeks while my car was in the shop. She was really amazing. There were no surprises and she treated us like family. I highly recommend Enterprise on N. Rockwell.

Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else. My experience with this car rental company was absolutely terrible, even though I rented the car for over a month and paid over $2000 in total charges.1. The quality of service is the worst I have ever encountered. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes at the counter just to receive service.2. The car I rented was barely cleaned and serviced. They didn't even bother to put back the floor mats.3. The staff, particularly a black male aged between 30-35 years, provided misleading information regarding insurance. They made very little effort to explain that not all charges are directly billed.4. If you dare to ask a question or make a complaint, be prepared to be talked over and treated rudely.5. If you need the final rental agreement for reimbursement, make sure to ask for a physical copy at the counter. Refusing to settle for an email copy is crucial, as you won't receive it. I personally had to call Customer Service to have the agency close the account so I could finally receive my final rental agreement, which took a week.

Let me preface this by saying I never ever give bad reviews.I rented a Pacifica van to drive to Kansas city and back.. When I got there they said the Pacifica needed an oil change so I could take the Voyager, which was totally fine.. The staff was nice and quick everything was good. Then I go to drive it and once I get on the street the rear tire drops to 20psi, so I turned around and brought it back. The gentleman there took it to the back, put air in it, and drove it back up for me. In my gut I knew 20psi was too low to just need some extra air, but I trusted them and took the van anyway. I should have asked for the van that needed an oil change. Anyway, about half way into the trip we get an alert that the tire is back down to like 26psi (mind you, I have a baby and a toddler in the car with me). Thankfully my husband thought to bring the portable air compressor we have and he put air back in it. This was like 8 o'clock at night, so I decided I would just call in the morning and see if I could get a new vehicle or what my options were. The next morning I called and they told me I could switch it out with any enterprise. So I start calling. I called probably 7 enterprises in Kansas city and nobody had anything other than small cars. Not even a regular SUV. So then I asked someone at one of the KC locations if I can get the tire patched. She said yes you can call any Firestone, Big O, Goodyear and a couple other to get it patched.. So I start calling around. I called every single one of those stores in a 45 mile radius to see if I could get it patched, and the best anyone could do was have me drop it off and leave it there all day to see if they could work it in, and I could pick it up at the end of the day. That simply wasn't an option as I had bought tickets for things to do that were nonrefundable. I decided to call this location back to ask if I could just go to a hole in the wall tire place to get it fixed and still get reimbursed.. Unfortunately I tried calling probably 10 times and kept getting a loud beeping fax machine noise. Called from multiple phones and still got that noise. I decided to just call other tire places and deal with enterprise later. One place said they could get me in the next morning if I brought it in at 8am. My husband brought it in before 8 am, and they turned him away. He drove around to probably 5 other little tire places and nobody could get it patched unless we left it there all day.. So the entire trip my husband had to go out in 100degree weather to pump this tire up. Literally anytime we wanted to drive anywhere. Then on the way home which was another 5 hour drive we had to stop 2-3times to pump the tire up. The night before we were supposed to bring it back (last night) I had my husband put air in it so I could bring it in the morning (today) and unfortunately when I went to drive it back, it was at 14psi. So I just had them come pick it up with the roadside assistance. When I called to close out my account I literally called probably 10 times and each time got the loud piercing fax machine noise so I had to hang up and call back. Finally got ahold of them to close it out and was just told "sorry" when I explained my frustrations, almost in tears. We spent HOURS of our trip on the phone calling other enterprise locations, tire shops, and pumping air in this stupid tire.. Not to mention the stress of driving on the highway with a bad tire and 2 small children in the car. This was my first time using enterprise and I will honestly probably never use them again. I feel like all this could have been avoided if they would have just given me the one that I originally reserved that just needed an oil change.. And I feel like anyone with any sense would have seen 20psi on the tire that first day and been like, "okay don't drive this". Even I, who knows nothing about cars, knew that was too low to just need some extra air. I feel like I need to be compensated for the time and energy and stress this thing costed me but all I got was "sorry about that&q

Very unprofessional, don't bother making a reservation. You'll show up and they will not have a vehicle available.
