Very quick access to a vehicle on pickup. Some of the charges weren’t fully described in great detail. But it was less than 10% more than anticipated. The car was in fair shape, all damages or maintenance faults were notated by the agency before pickup. I choose Enterprise for the quick service, and less for the price or cars. So satisfied overall.

$500 to rent a car for 2 days??They sold almost two thirds of their fleet to keep their dying business afloat so their new business model is to gouge the customer to make maximum profits. Employees here are extremely rude and 99% of their customer service is outsourced to Pakistan and the Philippines who you can barely understand and have zero care or concern for you or your situation.

My recent experience (early Jan 2024) with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, specifically this location, was marred by a disappointing incident involving my forgotten sunglasses. While the overall rental experience was satisfactory, the way the company has handled the situation with my lost item has left me extremely dissatisfied. After realizing (approx 45min after returning the vehicle) I had left my expensive, and sentimental sunglasses in the car, I promptly followed the protocol for forgotten items by filing a claim. Despite my efforts, when I followed up with a call to the facility directly, I was met with rudeness and advised to file a claim again, even though I had already done so and provided my claim number.After being assured that they would reach out to the attendant who received my rental car, I waited for 2 days without any response. When I called back, I was once again treated disrespectfully and told that it could take up to two weeks to hear back. The lack of assistance and the discourteous treatment I received from the local facility is unacceptable.Although I take full responsibility for my mistake in leaving my sunglasses in the vehicle, I had expected a more supportive and efficient process for handling forgotten items from Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, especially due to the timeliness and specific identification and location of the item. I hope that the company can improve its procedures for handling lost items in the future, to ensure a more positive experience for its customers.

I rented an SUV to drive from SC to OK and had stellar service from both sites (from Irmo, SC to Oklahoma City, OK). Knowing that I would possibly be driving through tough storm conditions, I asked the manager, Troy L., at the Irmo, SC location specifically for an AWD with heated seats (helpful with back issues). He was able to acquire a perfect car for the drive and made extra sure everything was in excellent working conditions to go through a snow storm. Troy was highly professional, courteous and helpful. I ended up driving through a bad storm and my windshield wiper fluid became frozen, not working. Unknowingly, I thought the wipers were broken as I was not able to clean off the frozen sleet from my windshield. I ended up taking it to the airport Enterprise and the manager, Valerie M., was nothing short of AWESOME! She worked with me to make sure I was able to change my car to another awd suv with heated seats (per my request). Others at this site that were beyond helpful, professional and friendly include: Krista, Andie and Renee. Each person made my potentially upsetting day into an absolute joy. These are wonderful people who emanate professionalism and care for the customer. Thank you! I will absolutely recommend ENTERPRISE at either of these locations. They are the absolute BEST!!

My name is Alex Henderson and I had the immense pleasure and HONOR of working with Ms Jaden Kesterson who was not only kind and welcoming and eager to help me but she was extremely knowledgeable as though she'd been in the business for decades. I wouldn't have been able to make the road trip with my daughter happen without her. I'll always be an enterprise customer thanks to her.

Horrible experience: I had reservations for 2 weeks after a week, and they called and said they had accidently set me up in California. So i had thought we got that squared away. Then, the day I need to pick up a car, they don't have any cars.... call another location they are booked only suppose to have 12 reservations but had 17 for some reason... seems things are extremely unorganized. Call another location, and they tell me they can't do it cause they don't have any cars in the size of my care due to going to insurance requirements. So i would have to be 9ut of pocket to get into a car... So I then called insurance, and they informed me that enterprise well well aware they are supposed to accommodate the size of the car at the same price. So insurance calls, and they tell them I made my reservation 30 min I to coming in to get the car... very disappointing service... all the way around, I hope yall figure out how to manage reservations better! Needless to say I didn't get a car through enterprise. And not sure i recommend.b

Rodney at the OKC Airport location was simply AMAZING!!! Used the app to make the reservation and ran into so issues at the counter but Rodney helped smooth things out. He even offered me some of his gummy bears when I said I was beyond hungry. I don't care to use Enterprise because the cars are rarely clean; however, the OKC Airport cars are showroom floor clean and I looked in a few of the cars. 5 stars on everything! Thank you Rodney!!!

The vehicle I picked up have a problem I call them I got send to enterprise office and they give me the worst vehicle possible for 4 people 2 door pick up truck I said no to it so they given me a small Mitsubishi car I will rethink in rental from enterprise I they want to call me I be more willing to talking to them you got my information

Today stayed out as a 5-stars encounter, but within the last hour, after talking to just 1 customer service rep, I would rate at negative 10 stars if it were possible. I almost had an ambulance called on me because I called to ask if I could change my drop-off location from McAllister, OK to the OKC Airport. I know you've lost me as a customer, but I'll also suggest to my company transportation rep to drop the Enterprise account. Alicia (sp) at the Amarillo airport was an absolute dream to work with, but ifound the OKC airport is a complete hellish nightmare, in my opinion.

This was ny first time with Enterprise. I'm pleasantly surprised with the rental and the way they do business. I usually have used their competitors and every little thing is scrutinized from dings to dents and chips of paint so as I looked over this car and told the lady what I had noticed prior to accepting the car she told me that Enterprise isn't like other rental places. I didn't know it was a criteria for allowable cosmetic issues and she went through the process with me and was very kind. I appreciated her willingness to put me at ease and offer me another car and I accepted the one given to me. I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. I would certainly rent from them again!

This was the first time I have used Enterprise in a while and it was a great experience. The counter staff were very friendly and it was great, a member, to chose my own car. The Hyundai Turo was clean and comfortable. The car lot and exit staff were helpful. I had to return the car in Enid due to last minute challenges and the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful with return. . Do not know if it was because I was in Oklahoma City, but loved the hospitality.

The person at the counter was very courteous & professional. I had no options of vehicles to select. When I got into my car, it was 3/4 full, I filled the tank before I returned the vehicle, but got charged for refuel. We purchased the toll pass but they were out of the devices. I’m not sure if I’ll be charged for toll fees, I assume I will not. That part wasn’t explained to me clearly. Overall, the car was okay & the customer service was great.
