Customer service was not good . I felt overcharged for me and my daughter . Her polished (acrylic ) did not last I got the deluxe package for a pedicure and the lady did a terrible job . I went back today for a fill and was told $30 this is over the phone I walk In so they can see my nails and a worker he laughs as I’m explaining telling them how much I spent and it’s funny ?! But I will no longer be giving my money to these funny acting people . Ps y’all need to learn how to do pedicures !!!!!!!! And have longer lasting polish ! I don’t write reviews but what’s funny? Me publicly letting community know how y’all is ??

This is was second time here and I asked for a new set which went fine at first. And when I asked to use their restroom they threw away my drink without asking and didn’t file my nails down to make them even. I also asked for compensation for my drink and when I went to pay at the counter they acted confused. On top of that they had a lady distressed about her nails that they didn’t do right behind me. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients feelings.

The WORST experience ever they didn’t care one bit about the client the young lady who was doing my nails was too busy playing video games on her phone to even listen to what I wanted done when I brought it to the owner he said they looked fine and just gave me a refund to shut me up . Now I have to pay to have them soaked off and have them redone which is more time that could have been avoided if they just did there job and valued there customers

They are rude, when someone walks in your establishment you greet them. Instead they just kept being on the phone. Head down. No one said hello. Then, The ladies looked like they didn’t know what to say. Just rude. I have been here before but I will not again. I went down the street.

One star was the lowestI wish it could be no stars!Rude half A$& job. Told me one price then when i got to the register charged me something else without my knowledge. No manager/owner was in.Vu and Victoria do good but their staff are LAZY, undertrained and RUDE!!!Do not make an appointment with anyone else but VU OR VICTORIA!!I want be back even if it’s FREE!!!

I tried getting gel nails and they ended up giving me a regular nail appointment and charging me the same price. I was charged 30$ for a regular nail job when it should have been 15$ for what service they provided. It was messy and sloppy work, and when I got the hand massage it hurt. I came in for full set acrylic nails. I told the tech straight tips were fine (with the defined smile line ) but tech insisted on "ombre" which we all know means the smile line is faded by either tapping on or otherwise graduating the color. I watch in horror as she globs ball of color on to each tip, then tops with pink. The smile line comes out reversed with this method and is not uniform or "more natural looking" in any way as the tech insisted. Of course, all this was an extra charge only to be extremely disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails
