Was very disappointed… ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day and my. One never received it nor was there any communication about my order… will think twice before ordering from them again.

Where do I begin ? I ordered a bouquet of flowers and some edible goodies for my wife 2 weeks prior to and for Valentine's day hoping it would help make her day and to show my appreciation. Seeing as how I'm currently overseas I relied on this store and company to deliver said items, they failed it was 5 pm and the order wasn't even worked on. My wife had to take time out of her day and stop by the store and demanded a refund due to their lack of professionalism. I tried contacting the store and the company phone line hours prior and received no answer. Needless to say my last time ordering from edible arrangements.

I ordered a valentine's day gift for my girlfriend three weeks in advance only to not have it delivered on the day it was scheduled for. In addition to that, I could not get a hold of anyone when attempting to call them to locate the order. They bombarded my email with multiple advertisements a day leading up to valentine's day, but they did not fulfill the order and were not available when I needed to locate the order. I usually do not feel a need to leave reviews, but this was an overall disappointing experience for myself and someone I care about. I cannot iterate enough, based on my own experience and other reviews left for this company (this location in particular), that there are far better options available.

My husband placed an order for Valentine's Day 2 weeks in advance. It was after 4pm & he checked online & the status showed ordered placed. He tired calling but there was no answer, so he drove to this location, thinking he can just pick it up. When he got there, he was told that the order has not been prepared in which my husband asked for a refund. He was told that the money will be back on his card in 2-4 business day. Here it is Sunday, Feb 18 & an Uber Eats lady drops off an order from Edible Arrangements. This was supposed to have been canceled. The order delivered at 2:42pm. My husband tried calling since they were closing at 3pm, but of course, No Answer. EDIBLES ARRANGEMENT, this is unacceptable & demand a refund.

I would’ve rated a zero but that wasn’t a optionPlaced an order on Friday - the website advertised 1 hour delivery available- but that was not the case- I opted for next day delivery. No big deal, right? The next day I kept tracking the order. The system NEVER updated for the delivery. I ended up calling the south store because I NEVER could get through to the delivery store. Just to find out that the delivery store called the recipient to verify they could get it delivered on time before the place of business closed. Not what I expected or asked nor paid for- I wanted it to be a surprise!!!More… the delivery was not made before the place of business closed and they ended up telling the recipient they would deliver to their home address!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Over the past several yrs. I have given a lot of business to edible arrangements, from; business, personal, & recommendations.On Feb. 11th @ 12:03am I placed an online order to be delivered Feb. 14th to my 9yr. old son, since I was working out of state this week. As 6 & then 7pm passed, I started to feel concern for the success of the delivery. After several unanswered calls to the direct store, I was able to get in contact w/customer service around 8pm, who said the gift would be delivered by 9pm. Being a school night, my son was allowed to stay up way later than usual due to it being a special day & to be able to receive his special gift. I stayed on the cameras in our home, watching my son jump up & run to the door about every 15min. hoping the delivery made it & he just didn't hear the knock/bell. This was heartbreaking. I stayed up until 11pm, knowing better, but still thinking there may be a possibility of it showing up.The next morning of the 15th, I noticed an email from the store delivered at almost 12am, apologizing that my order couldn't/wouldn't be delivered.... DUH! It's definitely common sense at that point. They gave me 2 options: 1. FULL REFUND 2. 1/2REFUND + DELIVERY. II responded at 8am when I 1st discovered email, giving them 1 option, 100% REFUND + DELIVERY. Besides the email response, I attempted to contact the store a few times, left a voicemail & not 1 call was answered nor returned.Today being the 16th @ 2:40pm, from my unsuccessful calls to the store AGAIN, I couldn't find the customer service line, somehow my call was directed to the TX store I had placed an order w/as well, just a few days before this order for an out of state family member. "Lindsey" the fruit expert, was very helpful, understanding, apologetic, & professional. TOO BAD SHE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE CO. REP TO HELP ME W/MY CURRENT ISSUE, although she did take high measures of effort to do so. She looked up orders, tried to help, but w/ being another state, it wasn't possible, so she took my info., & gave it to her boss. (Sadly, nothing came of her efforts).I have left a couple of voicemails to the store & still, NOTHING IS SAID, NOT 1 CALL RETURNED, NOT A RESPONSE OVER EMAIL, NOTHING!!!!I know what the 14th of Feb. is... Valentines Day. As to the day, time, event, occasion, etc., it does NOT matter. The co., Edible Arrangements is responsible for managing their orders & managing their acceptable amount of orders. Myself, my son, nor ANYONE else, should have to be disappointed &/or deal w/the lack of management, professionalism, communication, disappointment, from ANY co., w/any service, any product. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day & work to continuously call & email for a response from clearly, someone who should not be put in a management position of this store, w/the highly unprofessional disregard of customers, & getting a response back to them, due to your failure.I am HIGHLY disappointed!I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DO NOT EVEN WANT THE GIFT ANYMORE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS W/THIS CO. AGAIN!Edible Arrangements: your store located in OKC, OK off NW Expswy, ABSOLUTELY IS A FAILURE.THANK YOU FOR LETTING MY 9 YR OLD SON DOWN 3 DAYS IN A ROW!

the surveys was terrible and so was the chocolate covered strawberries i got i went to pick them up they said they were behind and said they would call me and never did so went in the next day to half cover strawberries made with cheap chocolate and the strawberries where going bad so i spent 60 bucks on trash so thanks for the wast of money.

My fiancé put in a delivery order on the 7th a week before valentines days and address everything was right but the order never was delivered the order was almost 100 we both have tried contacting the store 10 times and they will not answer and corporate all they did was transfer to the store location even though they didn’t answer. I will NEVER order from any locations and if you just read some of the reviews other people had this same issue. Sad they just took our money and we didn’t get what we paid for I hope they make this right but I doubt it if I can’t even get ahold of anyone

Order was a day late due to them farming out delivery to Uber. Additionally I was missing a stuffed animal that was supposed to come with the order. Last time I’m ordering from this store

Save yourself the headache and DON'T!! my husband placed an order with this company for my Valentine’s Day surprise. It never showed and the store didn't answer their phone all day. He called numerous times. No delay email or any indication his order would never show up. Yet His account was charged. I can already tell getting a refund is going to be a freaking headache. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. It stinks bc I've always wanted to try this so bad! What a disappointment

Ridiculous how there isn’t a no star option. My husband ordered my gift nearly three weeks ago just to be let down on Valentine’s Day. The calling service sucks too. Thankfully was able to get the refund by having to go to the store in person but will NEVER order from here again. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Save your money.

Ordered Valentine’s Day gift for the wife 8 days ago, no one will answer the phone, according to tracking they never started on the order. I had to call national customer service to actually get someone on the phone to get a refund. I will never use or recommend to anyone.

Do not order from this store!!! If I could give zero stars, I would this is the worst edible arrangements ever. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. I ordered an edible arrangements for my girlfriend to be sent to her work for her birthday. They never delivered it. Ruining that surprise then to top it off I tried it again on Valentine’s Day picked out one of their most expensive arrangements. They have it listed for like $500 and once again they didn’t deliver it they didn’t even make it. I checked on their status checker and it showed that they got the order but never even prepared it. I called in the manager he just said he didn’t think he was going to get to it. Then I had to put in a refund request for the order they didn’t deliver and haven’t heard anything. I tried to call the store They just left me on hold for 10 minutes and won’t answer. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and order from a better edible arrangements or someplace else just not this place.

I couldn't be more upset with experience I had with this location, my wife received half of what she was supposed to get on Valentine's Day! They claim their card machine was down, which is arguably the most important part of the whole gift. Also, for no reason at all my wife did not get the balloons I ordered. I attempted to call both on Valentine's Day and after and couldn't get through to speak to a real person. I would give negative stars if I could. I'm sure to never use this place in the future. Shari's berries is 20x better spend your hard earned money there instead people!
