Earthbound has been my favorite store ever since I discovered it as Romancing the Stone in 2011. It was a store in the mall in Texarkana. Since I've met Vanah at the Quail Springs Mall location, the store has far more than meets my expectation in running an awesome store. The Palo Santo wood smells absolutely incredible. All of this going on during a rainy day and it just made life just that much more amazing. I was told that Vanah is the new store manager, and she's doing incredibly! Thanks for continuing to make Earthbound my absolute most favorite store in the mall. <3

I overheard the cashier address the customer as Ma'am or Sir whatever you are....
I guess intodays world that's about right no matter how you look at it. Why the review then? Because my 13 year old son happen to over hear it and was blown away at how rude it sounded and was.

Bought a cute chakra necklace here, wore it ONE time and didn’t go swimming or anything and it turned green on me. Went to return it, really exchange for something else and the boy at the counter knew nothing about exchanges and was alone without a manager on his 3rd day. Left the necklace with him and he took my name and number, I heard nothing, followed up twice and will not be shopping in the quail location again!
