I've had multiple pieces of glass cut to replace windows or mirrors that I've broken over the past few years, and they've always been easy to work with and the prices are reasonable. The last piece of glass I had cut needed to be done same day, and they had it done within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

These guys lost a small job to Lowe’s and a shower door customer by putting me on hold for 15 minutes listening to factoids about glass until I gave up. I just needed a piece of 3/16 annealed snapped to fit an old door. I call Lowe’s and the hardware guy (Joseph) picks up on 2 rings and says, yeah it’s $25 for a sheet 26x24x3/16” and we snap for free.

just pulling into this place already was a great experience. I'm walking through the front door carrying a big old frame. I'm pull grab the door quickly for me and help me write in. Guy at the front desk. I don't think it's a seat. He seems like the owner, but he's there real quick to help me out. he didn't have any window tinting. I needed but very quickly let me in the direction for me to find while looking for. Also, everyone else I've talked to these guys gave me the best price I've seen yet installed no doubt! Seems like a family owned business I found a place for me.

Evidently they no longer do glass showers. I called to get an estimate from them and they said that they do not have the staff to do glass shower installation anymore.

I own 45 rental units in Oklahoma City and I have used Duncan Glass for the last 4 years. They are prompt coming out when I call to have window glass repaired, they take the name of tenant and give them a call when they are headed out and also give me a heads up. On one building they have had several repairs so they know the size of the windows and try to have glass on truck and do all the work onsite so it is a one and done stop. I really appreciate that. I have used them for more than just windows, I have had multiple pieces of artwork that needed the glass repaired, as well as making new mirrors when I find a frame I like. The are quick, nice to work with and very reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
