The help is no help,the washers are trash, & the video games don’t work & they don’t refund you your quarters… How you run a business but got a machine in here taking quarters but don’t wanna give me my quarters your machine took⁉️ would not recommend the help is rude also ‼️

I live in the area and have used Doug's Laundry for ~30 years. I have my own washer/dryer, but the are not large enough to wash thick comforters and other large bedding. When Doug and his wife still owned the business, I used their drop-off service, but in recent years, I have been using their large-capacity front loaders myself. Unfortunately, since Doug retired, the laundromat has been in a steady state of decline and general disrepair. On my last few visits, many of the machines were 'out-of-order'. Buttons on the electronic control panels were broken/exposed. Washers had lots of crusted on detergent and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. (I took my own unscented detergent, yet my bedding smelled like someone else's scented detergent when it was finished washing.) Floors looked like they had not been swept/mopped in days. It is so sad to see what it has become. Current owners/employees no longer take pride in this business.

Alot of the big sized washers were out of service. Several big dryers were not in working order either.

I have been coming to Doug’s for almost nine years. They have lots of machines and have drop off service. There are a couple of high school girls that work there who know my name (I’m there weekly) and are very nice, polite and respectful (they call me sir…something a lot of young people don’t do!). They have called me when they finish my laundry earlier than scheduled and I appreciate that. If the store I run wasn’t so far from them, I’d hire them both…..great customer service skills! The manager is a nice lady and runs a great operation. I saw another review where the author stated they were blaring music…..I’ve never encountered that. It’s generally quiet there. I would definitely recommend Doug’s.

Love it, but a lot of the machines don't work, and you can be waiting for a little bit before you get a machine. Some people run off and don't come back for a while and in the meantime people are always waiting. I will wait 15 minutes before I go talk to the worker and have them take the clothes out. It's not right for people to waste everyone's time standing around waiting for them to take their clothes out . Nope my time and your time is valuable ?

It's a good place. They have plenty of washers and driers that range in size for larger or smaller loads. They are the only place I found with coin machines and they have plenty. The staff there is also nice

Was at Doug's laundry today October 21 2023..who ever was working today had a child behind the counter about 12 who was blaring the radio so loud that its hurting my ears and I've asked several times to turn it down and she said my mom allows me to play the music for the customers..I said politely not that loud and older people dont listen to rap and taylor swift and so on and she was like my mom let's me I tried to get the owners number but she refused and said she didnt do anything wrong very rude and disrespectful especially when they had a help wash program going on..should post owners number for complaints as her mom the worker shut the door and allowed her to continue to play it..the whole point was she was literally blaring it in my ear several different times if I could have dried my clothes on the other side of the building I would have..I'm ex military and have sensitive ear problems.. very rude and disrespectful mom daughter and son..

Their dryers are great. Only takes me like 2 quarters to dry a ×3 load.

Just a heads up 50% of the washers don't work and around 70% of the dryers don't work that they have. So you are going to have to wait to get a washer or a dryer there if you're coming in and do your laundry.
