This place needs a lot of work some rude employees there they always argue with customers every time I go there empty shelves you name it.Teach these people customer service skills y'all recruiting from the the ex Walmart workers and jeez the parking lot is pothole city.

I walked in and was very impressed with the organization and cleanliness. It all went downhill when I had to check out. The younger guy with glasses really needs to use deodorant. Way too offensive. Won’t be back. I’ll deal with the uncleanliness of other stores.

The cashier was extremely RUDE!!!I simply and politely asked if she could not bag my items. I was buying a bin so there was no need to put my items in bags. "Marsha" refused and I quote, "I ain't doin dat," she said. Marsha then continued to throw my items to the side, not in the bin, not in bags, but on the side. When I started putting my purchases in the bin, she said I was confusing her. I was actually trying to make her job easier. I saw several employees out on the floor stocking, so maybe that is where Marsha needs to be because evidently she lacks customer service skills. And apparently Marsha is incapable of ringing items up and NOT bagging them because it is "too confusing" for her.

I literally just left this location because it said that it opens at 9am!!!!!! I walked up to the doors and they were locked BUT THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE SITTING IN THEIR CARS!!!!! As soon as I get back in my car they all get out to go in the store and proceed to lock the door behind them. Thank God the one on Rockwell is open for business .

It’s usually okay. But here recently it’s starting to smell really bad. I don’t mean to be rude but I don’t think one of the associates is practicing good hygiene. Other than that. This dollar tree is great. Good stuff here.

Yes, I agree with Tara S. Boycott this store!!!! Shery is not a great manager at all. Your store is in need of workers, and yet you negatively profile potential workers with all kinds of excuses!!!

Store 7984 There is this one little girl that makes the entire store an unfriendly place to shop. She is extremely rude. She was checking customers out and had a very long line of friendly faces. She refuse to smile or even greet any of us. I ask her how her day was going since she didn’t talk to any of the customers I figured she may be having a bad day she said she don’t have to talk to any of the customers her job is not to be there to talk to any of us everybody in the line heard what she said and I told her that she is in customer service if she didn’t know she is standing at a register so therefore you have to talk to customers that’s what makes dollar tree business customer service!She said she don’t have anything to say to any of the customersshe refused to give me my receipt I asked her to giveme my receipt and she wanted to argue with me and she said get it yourself and refused to give me my receipt. She continue to be ghetto and loud while a line of customers were waiting to be checked out. I ask her to call her manager she refused. I went and found another employee on the floor stocking and told her.she said she was an assistant. Left my number for the store manager but of course no one called to follow up. This is a young small black fair skin girl that don’t talk The only one in the store that don’t.when I spoke with the assistant that was stocking she told me that a lot of complaints have been made on her and she probably will get fired but she is still there. Went in there again today on 6/2/2023 around 6:12pm and they had her off the register and stocking in the front area. She was sitting on the floor on FaceTime still setting a bad example for this store. Must be her first job but regardless dollars tree must teach employees friendly customer service!

Nice daytime cashier Jeremy is always friendly and helpful. The Rockwell store is a dump. This is a very nice store. I pass the Rockwell store and several others just to come here. The manager in the evenings Ken, he is very nice also and always professional and polite with customers... and is why I usually shop at evening time...wish more stores were managed this well.

Boycott this store. Everyone at this store is rude especially the store manager. My girlfriend had a disability & regrets walking out due to a family emergency.The store manager Sherry is very rude & doesn’t know how to communicate with employees especially the ones who have a hearing loss.

The store is supposed to close at 9pm. Tonight at 8:20 they had the door locked and standing guard stating that they are closed.
