Really wish I would have thought to pull out my phone but it's insane how a rep named Skyla acted tonight. Openly hostile to customers simply trying to help her not get in trouble with a lawsuit or worse the fire Marshal. Anyway Skyla is going to cost this company one way or another. She definitely cost you a customer tonight.

Well needed a extra bag because I didnt want the bag to bust and all my stuff would be on the ground. The employee said I can't give you a extra bag they were running out of bags. Never heard so much bull in a long time Sad.

They're very organized. Just something happened, with someone dropping a can of soda. And the employee reacted with sorts of anger. Which is understandable, but isn't at the same time.
