Had to come here to take my glucose test. I came first thing in the am & was seen very quickly. Brooklyn was very sweet and professional. Would recommend this location for sure.

I absolutely DESPISE this quest location. The staff here is EXTREMELY rude and completely unhelpful. I registered and put in that id wait in my vehicle (I actually waited in some chairs just outside the office) as the lobby was full with nowhere to sit and I'm 34 week pregnant with pre-eclampsia. I was coming to have a pre-eclampsia work up done. I checked in at 1030. Didn't receive a text till 11 saying I was in the queue. Then another at 11:12 saying I'd be called soon, to come into the office. So i walked in immediately after getting the text (which specificallystates not to check in again upon entering). I STOOD in this waiting room sweating and out of breath for another HOUR. Then I saw my name be removed from the board. I had to stand next to the door to wait for someone to leave so I could ask the staff what the hold up was and where my name went. A woman with a skeletal face and blonde hair told me in a rude tone, "we called you, TWICE. You didn't answer." I explained and showed the texts to say how that was impossible because I'd been standing there the whole time after getting my text to come inside. She looked at me like I was an idiot. Then repeated herself, "well we called you twice and waited so....you're not in the que anymore and you'd have to put your name back on it." This is at 1230 now...2 HOURS later. No apology. No help squeezing me in given the situation. Just ridiculous. I am sooo enraged and I'm sure that's doing wonders for my pre-eclampsia. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Now I have wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing (mind you, I have three small children with me.) I'm late for another appointment. And I still have to go to another DLO to get my very important blood work done. I honestly couldn't be any more furious.

There were about 6 people ahead of me and still got in out for a drug screening within 30 minutes. By far best experience at a DLO I’ve had so far! Megan was the one that assisted me and was super nice and friendly and made the experience effortless. Thank you Megan!

They show they close at 12pm on Saturdays but they do not! They locked their doors at 1145am! This isn't how office hours work

Worst DLO ever. Husband took our 13 year old daughter there for bloodwork. Because she had a slight fever they would not do bloodwork. And he checked in 4 times and tried. Our pediatrician even went down there to talk to them. I’m beyond disgusted. Don’t go there. If it’s a matter of life and death, you will die. I’m taking this all the way to the top too. You guys are worthless. Is should be zero stars. I’m sure you would not treat your own daughter this way. A child. You have not heard the last of me. I’m complaining to anyone that will listen.

I am currently sitting in one of the offices with my very pregnant wife for a 3 hour screening. As silly as it may sound, I highly recommend against this place due to waiting room seating. I am miserable with the "artsy" yet completely uncomfortable chairs. I can only imagine how my wife's back is feeling currently when mine feels so bad.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience I have ever encountered. I was accused of providing a urine sample that was not mine simply because I took the entire 4 minutes. The lady Kenya literally said, “this pee did not come out your body because it was not the temperature it’s supposed to be.” I proceeded to tell her that is in fact my urine and if I need to stay and give another urine sample to prove it’s mine I can. Do not go to the McBride location in Edmond! I’m appalled at the blatant disrespect. My sister was basically accused of providing a false sample. Instead of following protocol “Kenya” told her it didn’t come from her body & that she “wishes she would be honest w/her.” My sister left crying!! I made sure she contacted corporate & that she continues to follow up on this b/c it is NOT OKAY!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Worst one of all the DLO's (Building D) at Integris. No point making an appointment when people there are in to there own schedule. Any of the others kick butt and get it done with a very minimal wait time so what's up with these guys? I was the only one in line and with two people working it is still slower then going to the ER room with a broke leg..
