Brandi is absolutely amazing!!! After getting some no so good news, she was there and ready to give me comfort!! This last time with her drawing my labs, it took a bit longer than expected and gave my 2 kids markers to keep them entertained!! Highly recommend this lab, and this phlebotomist!! She’s sweet, patient, and does her job extremely well!!❤️❤️

I had such a wonderful experience with Brandi! I have white coat syndrome and veins that are difficult. The atmosphere in her room and her welcoming and kind demeanor put me at ease. Thank you for taking time to meet my needs. I’ll choose this DLO from now on.

Kenya is THE BEST at drawing blood. I have difficult veins, normally have to get stuck multiple times, and I cry. But not with her. She has drawn my blood twice now and I will for sure be going back specifically for her.

Had appt with liver center then told by Dr. Tippin to go to lab real quick. We signed in at 1:49 not seen till 2:32. Ridiculous.

We base a lot of medical decisions off lab work. If a company like DLO can't even handle basic appointment booking then you have to wonder how accurate are they really? Seriously they fail at the basics.I had the doctor's orders, they verified them and I had an appointment booked. But when I showed up they said they would have to fax additional paperwork for approval to some mysterious central office. This archaic policy is company-wide so all locations suffer from this. They said it would take up to 30 minutes. I patiently waited 45 and no one checked on me or updated me. But they were playing on their phone in the back and there were no other customers. I left after 45 minutes and then I called back a few hours later and they still didn't have approval.My doctor just switched lab companies after this. I mean why even book an appointment if you don't intend to keep it? But the question you really have to ask yourself if if they can't handle booking your appointment how can you trust them with actual lab results and testing?UPDATE: The Central office call me FOUR days later to tell me they had finally approved my lab orders from my doctor. That's how long it took.

Terrible. They were supposed to be open almost an hour ago and my appointment has passed and nobody has showed up to even open the office. When I called they took 10 minutes to even get ahold of a supervisor and the only solution was they’ll try to get somebody over here to open up.
