If you are not happy with you tire store go see these guys! Took my 4runner for a tire rotation and balance, I have been dealing with another discount tire store and have had problems with steering wheel shimmy. The gentleman that helped me here (Eric) took care of the balance on my tires! My 4runner drives like a new car now! Silky smooth balance now! Thanks again to these guys for doing great work!! Do not hesitate, go get all your tire work done here!!!

This location does not do walk in in order of arrival. Arrived takes to associate and paid by 8:33 am estimated completion time was 10:03am different customers arrived after I had paid and all 3 were on and out before my car was even pulled into a bay. Car finally pulled into bay at 10:50am. When asked they claimed they have different bays for different things but pulled my car into the bay that someone who arrived after me was just pulled out of. So there was no excuse for that customer to be serviced before me. Did not let me know they were running behind and I had to go to the counter myself to get an update at 10:33 since my estimated completion time had come and gone and I had not been pulled into the bay yet. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication at this location. Never had this issue at any other location. Looks like this has become a common thing at this location going by recent reviews.

I brought my parent's car in for a slow leak, covered under warranty, needs rotatio, and wipers are trash.. that service was free and a great deal on a new pair of wiper blades.. these guys are very nice. Aaro, who helped me, was awesome and made it easy. He's friendly, and professional with everyone he helped.

They suck suck! Went to have tires rotated. Took over 2 hours. Didn't bother to check tire pressure. Had to go back. Worst ever!!

Do not go to Aaron, the one that is overweight, he's a deceiver and he fear mongers. Instead go to Christian is a wonderful man, he's really helpful and respectful and works with integrity. God bless that man and thank him for the work he does

I have zero complaints and cannot recommend this place enough! Chase was extremely helpful, explained everything to me, and made sure it would work with my budget. Only place I will go for tires!

No complaints and impressed!
Tyler (over the phone), Nicholas, and Chase were all amazing! They were professional, informative, and kind. They patched my flat quicker than expected. If this tire holds up I will be coming back when I need a new one!

I show up at 8am with few customers and I was still waiting an hour and 45 minutes when I left with no explanation or warning it was that long of wait and my employer makes me go there for a company vehicle. Fixing a flat me a fleet account doesn't pay as well so they put me on the back burner.

This place needs a new manager. I bought my last 3 sets of tires here but they don't have me in their computer? What a joke. The employee that attempted to check me in couldn't find my account. Apparently they only look up by cell phone numbers. My number had changed and he showed me 15 other accounts with my name but not me. I repeated all my info and got the attention of who I believe was the manager. The manager only shrugged his shoulders and said NOTHING. Guess what discount gets when I need a new set of tires..NOTHING. Ridiculous service

This is the first time in 15 years of coming to Discount Tire that I did not receive exceptional customer service. First guy I spoke with was rude, condescending, and short tempered. He did not know how to communicate in an appropriate manner. Despondent when greeting me, and distasteful humor implying that I broke the front door because of the prevailing southern wind. He thought it was more important to check my windshield wipers instead of my flat tire. I told him I was in a hurry and he had the audacity to preach to me about safety. He asked me for the mileage so when I open the door to the car, which he is standing in front of, I accidentally stepped on his foot a little bit. I almost fell over because I did not want to put any weight on his foot. He took complete offense to this and stormed off. I had to go inside and find somebody else to help me. The second guy to help me also had a problem with customer service. I asked him about my other tire being low pressure, because first guy stormed off, instead of answering my question he wanted to show me a tire selling diagram. Like seriously? I asked you if there is a nail in my tire, I didn't ask you what your companies policy is on upselling my perfectly good tires to brand new ones. They did get me in and out quickly, but it was very uncomfortable being there.

My friend took her vehicle in to get an alignment and new tires, they charged her for all. They didn't do the alignment. The next day her new tire blew out on the highway, she goes back they didn't even apologize, but they finally did the alignment and replaced the tire that wasn't part of the set. Just completely ridiculous this store is trash and I wouldn't send anyone to this location. Be careful trusting this place they could do it to you. Plus I just found out they stole her original rim.
