1st They took down all my info and still charged me under someone else’s name and wanted to charge me again under the same info and promised a refund on the first charge. 2nd It seemed that finished vehicles were pulled up by the curb when handing off keys. They didn’t even tell me where they parked it. Done spending money here.

Used to love coming here. Had an appointment for new tires took 30 min to just check in cause two guys were helping customers while one guy was busy texting on his phone. Same problem when I went to pick up my truck. The. Had to go to another discount tire 2 days later to fill with air cause they didn’t inflate the tires to 43psi, but to 36psi. Won’t go to the Yukon location again.

Pulled in for a patch. Told the guy I had a rope plug patch as a temp fix, he replied "we will pull it out and if it's fixable we will patch it"
Ok no problem, guy pulls my tire off, sees the rope patch, doesn't fix it, puts the donut on. "Sorry we don't fix rope patches"....
I was told otherwise, called the guy who said it, they are now fixing my tire.
This place needs to be on the same page.

Go here and see Tevin!! Trust me. He’s the best and I owe him big time. Quick and easy service. I got 4 new tires and they were so patient while I shopped at other places to make sure I got a deal. They even price-match! Highly recommend!

Exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and kind interactions. I was met at the door and they immediately got me checked in. They put 4 new tires on my car in a very timely fashion. Dave was so very helpful. I was travelling in a rental car and had a punctured tire. Turns out my tires were worn down and had to get them all replaced. I was unsure how to deal with the rental company and if I had to pay anything but Dave took it all off my hands and called them up. Had everything ready to go in a couple of hours. I told him I was driving back to California so he wanted to make sure I was all ready to go and had a safe vehicle. He was very patient and helpful. Great place.

I just purchased new wheels and tires and could not be more pleased with the service. They got my car right in and was completely finished in less than an hour. The process was so easy . I picked out everything online and then called to make sure I had the correct sizes and to schedule an appointment. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
