Typical Dillards experience. Great selection of clothing. I really enjoy shopping for suits and dress clothes here. Prices are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Sometimes you can find a good deal on sale or clearance.

I know they’re expensive, but the last two times I’ve been in there I was treated like gold. I had lost my oldest daughter and needed a suit for her funeral. I went in basically in tears and the salesman was the sweetest and kindest man I’d ever met in a Dillards. I wish I would have gotten his name but he helped me pick out the perfect suit and helped me even dress. Thank you to him if he ever reads this. An African (he was from Africa) man that works in the men’s suit department deserves a raise.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Dillard's with my daughter, and I must say that our experience was made truly exceptional by a remarkable young saleswoman named Aunisty. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attentiveness were truly commendable.
From the moment we walked into the store, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine interest in helping us find what we were looking for. She took the time to understand my daughter's style preferences and offered valuable suggestions that aligned perfectly with her taste.
What impressed me the most was her patience and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my daughter found exactly what she was looking for. She was attentive to every detail and made sure that my daughter felt comfortable and confident in her choices.
Not only was Aunisty knowledgeable about the products and the latest fashion trends, but she also had a keen eye for pairing different pieces together to create stylish and cohesive outfits. Her expertise and creativity truly made the shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received from Aunisty at Dillard's. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service are truly praiseworthy. She is a true asset to the store and a shining example of an exceptional salesperson.
I highly recommend visiting Dillard's and seeking out this outstanding young saleswoman if you are in need of a truly exceptional shopping experience. She will undoubtedly go above and beyond to ensure that you find exactly what you are looking for and leave the store feeling satisfied and delighted with your purchases.

Looked at beds with my friend looking to purchase. Kicked out for no reason. Owner said we were “Texting each other telling us to hang out there” even though we did no such thing. Will not be coming back.

This girl named Reagan helped me find exactly what I needed today when I was in a pinch. She was so helpful and efficient, I was in and out just in time. She even gave me her opinions when I was trying options on, as I had no one else with me - Reagan is great!

Shop here at your own risk. You better make sure you don’t bring anything back for returns because they won’t take it back. Unless you get lucky and meet someone who actually cares. I’m done shopping here. There are plenty of places to shop from. Their stuff is not all that good though.Just overpriced.
