Dillards always has a great selection of clothes so that is no issue. As I shopped today in MJ’s section with my wife and eight year old son for a belt and flip flops, she has the police start following us because we were carrying a belt. The police mad very little effort of hiding the fact he was watching us until we checked out. This was very embarrassing for my wife and made her say words like “she feels like trash” shopping here. To make your consumers feel that way should be an embarrassment on the Dillards brand, and I hope MJ can learn to be less judgmental.

Creepy janitor in the women's bathroom upstairs. And then getting followed and stared at by a sales associate while we were just looking through clothes. Not impressed by the least.

I purchased a cocktail dress at this location. I was told I had 30 days to return. However, because it was 65% off I only had three days to return. Therefore, I Miss the return window and they would not honor what the store clerk said. I never would have bought this dress if I’d known it was three day return. And I specifically asked.

I love the clothing selections but the sales women are predatory. They get paid on commission, and will not leave you alone. I had one sales lady say she was the only one on the floor who could check customers out, rounded a corner and ran into two more sales ladies. I would LOVE to shop Dillard's more often, but the sales ladies give me serious anxiety.

The shoe department is full of guys who do nothing but look around trying to look good and not helping the customers. One nice lady was helping me and she was helping other people too while dudes were talking to each other and gossiping.

Typical Dillards experience. Great selection of clothing. I really enjoy shopping for suits and dress clothes here. Prices are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Sometimes you can find a good deal on sale or clearance.

I know they’re expensive, but the last two times I’ve been in there I was treated like gold. I had lost my oldest daughter and needed a suit for her funeral. I went in basically in tears and the salesman was the sweetest and kindest man I’d ever met in a Dillards. I wish I would have gotten his name but he helped me pick out the perfect suit and helped me even dress. Thank you to him if he ever reads this. An African (he was from Africa) man that works in the men’s suit department deserves a raise.
