manger called taylor was extremely rude to my children and heard her talking down to an employee and blatantly disrespected them in-front of the store and the customers. i will be talking to hr and higher ups about her conduct because my experience was awful and will not be coming back due to the actions of this awful women. talked to the employee after and she told me that she harasses her constantly and never cuts her any slack about anything and seems to be picking on her. she need to be fired and replaced immediately in my opinion.

The lady who works on Ladies área was harassing me about 6 times while I was looking for a pair of jeans
Damn! I tried two different brands and she was knocking the door on the fitting room I was, also I get frustrated because didn’t like how the jeans fit me. She was just standing outside the fitting room waiting for me. So I decided no buy anything because she really piss me off.

I picked up a dress and noticed something wrong with it once I got home. The manager went above and beyond to correct the situation. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the Penn Dillard’s manager. I will continue to use this location.

Took my daughter shopping for a prom dress here. They have a great selection of dresses, and we were able to find matching shoes and accessories all in one place! It was the first store we stopped at, and we found everything we needed!

We went to the Chanel department where Cameron was really attentive and helpful with beauty product recommendations. He recommended the best Chanel brand products. He was also very kind and generous: he gave us a lot of free samples with our purchase. Five out of five recommend.
