Failed to show appreciation. It should be common sense to know that brick and mortar stores are not at all a necessity. At least when someone orders online, they get a thank you message. Management at this store needs to be more diligent about making sure employees express gratitude with a simple Thank You.

I was embarrassed taking guests from out of town to this store. The staff were rude and unresponsive. Many associates were standing in groups talking. We were trying to get soccer cleats. We followed directions on Kiosk which was to alert an associate for assistance. No one came. Another man also requested a shoe to try on. The associate brought the shoe to us instead of the person who requested it. When we said it wasn’t ours, the associate just threw it ion the display table. We gave the shoe to the correct person ??♀️.
The restrooms were absolutely disgusting!

This is my go-to place for my swimming gear.
I started shopping here when one of their competitors didn’t have what I needed (bummer!).
The selection here is great! Everything was also thoughtfully laid out and easy to find!
(If you’re a fellow swimmer reading this, I highly recommend AquaSphere goggles! They have been a game changer!)

Found all the products we wanted easily but our checkout person, Maliyah, was pretty rude. We got up to the counter, she was leaning and slowly got up to help us like we were inconveniencing her. I asked a question and was just stared at like I was an idiot. No attempt to answer my question or find out the answer was made.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. All the employees that closed on June 1st were rude and Davis the employee that checked me out was extremely rude. Telling me I honestly do t care if it was on sale whatever I’ll do a price change and said I just want to get out of here so I don’t care.
Not coming here again

The entire shoe department was rude and acted like everything annoyed them. There was one guy Jordan or had the f word on his socks and was on his phone even when talking to customers. It took at least 5 minutes to get one pair of shoes to try on because someone has to “get them from the back” when they just stand there. It was horrible service in the shoe department but thankfully the checkout lady was nice.

I always run by this location when I’m in the city and they have a huge selection of literally everything you could need. Loving Carrie Underwood’s new line of athletic wear and all of the Stanley & Yeti options!

Was very disappointed with this location today. We came in looking for running shoes and the area was swamped with 25+ people. We saw only two workers who at times seemed to be doing nothing. Nowadays, you have to take the shoe to a kiosk in order to have it brought out to you. Size availability was super limited. The kiosk asks you your name and the color of the shirt you’re wearing so the worker knows who to come to; the worker was trying to give our shoes to people not in the shirt color we were wearing and he wasn’t asking anyone by name, just saying “are y’all waiting for shoes?” - not really sure what the point of the kiosk questions are…We then opened the box to find only one shoe. He said “the other shoe is the display” and walked away, leaving us to track down the other shoe in an area that was already a mess. Needless to say, we didn’t buy any shoes.

I have run in 78 half marathons, and I like to get some of my running stuff here! The only recommendation is to have a separate line for people who are not returning anything. I had a $$$ Christmas gift card. I feel like it is ridiculous to have only a line for all of the shopping. I am a loyal shopper.

It took OVER AN HOUR for me to get cleats for my son. And NO it wasn’t because it was busy. I put in a request and waited 15 minutes with nothing, I had to approach the associate and ask where the shoe was. His response - if it’s been 15 minutes they probably don’t have it and directed me to replace the request for cleats at the kiosk. I requested 4 pairs of cleats to avoid this problem again. The associate knew I was waiting the first time for cleats and he failed to inform me it was out of stock; knew I was waiting for my 2nd request and I’m assuming clocked out ??? He was helping other customers for 10 minutes and then disappeared. Waited an additional 10 minutes thinking maybe he was in the back. Nowhere to be found. I had to find another associate who FINALLY brought me 1 pair of cleats. They didn’t fit, requested another pair. Took 10 more minutes and they didn’t bring me the left shoe. Had to ask the associate for the other shoe and told me to go find it on the display. THE SHOE WAS NOT ON DISPLAY. Had to ASK AGAIN took another 10 minutes to get the left shoe. Your only job here is to find shoes and bring them to customers ????? Ridiculous

worker with attitude told us to use the kiosk after I asked them if they had a certain size, and took 20 mins to give me the shoes. then I immediately knew they were too small, and had to use the kiosk again. the worker just stood by us instead of going to get the shoes, so it took another 20 mins to get the second pair. worst customer service I have had from here, and I don’t suggest the kiosk either, unless ur planing to spend the night.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Dicks. We stood in the shoe department for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring us some to try on that we requested in a tablet. The associates on the floor were not nice at all and were extremely unhelpful. I will never come back to this location.

Went today to sign up for the jordan 4 Breds and they asked for ID and I asked if I could use my school ID, worker said “no” but then a few minutes later I was told someone from the line was able to use their student ID… they need to do better ??♂️
