My phone has never been the same after taking it here for a $260+ screen repair for a Samsung Galaxy S9. It dies on me constantly now, as if they switched the battery. Anytime the screen turns off, so does the phone.While repairing they broke my glass on the back, although they offered a screen protector and to replace the back for free.The screen protector fell off earlier this week and same day, like meant to be, the screen cracks again. So I'm left in the same situation I was in before I even went to this place. I regret my visit here.

I have had my phone repaired there a few weeks ago and I appreciated their business a lot. The staff was very easygoing and professional and did the job as I was walking around the mall in approximately 30 minutes. Recommend everyone!!!

Took my phone here to get the screen fixed after my brother couldn't. They told me something was broken inside, shipped it off to their Dallas location and then 2 weeks later I went back to get it and then they proceeded to tell me something else was broken. Another week goes by and they said they still didn't fix it. Long story short, they broke my phone and its still not fixed after them having it for 3 weeks. Don't take your phone here.

I didn't know that an IPhone exact replacement screen wasn't exactly what I was getting. Once I figured that out I had to pay more money to get the Apple screen (40 dollars more). However, they were nice throughout the process.
