I was serviced by DLO in 2023 and was billed directly from them as if I don’t have insurance. I’ve contacted them more that 3 times and they have spoken to my insurance company. Instead they want to break the law and bill me full price. I’ve also contacted the bbb. The next step will be is to hire and attorney and investigate for fraud.

In the past, I have a good experiences at DLO, but today the lady that did my bloodwork wasn’t very friendly and cranky.

Horrible horrible service. Stayed here an hour until I was seen for a drug test. Please avoid if you can. There isn’t more than 15 people in the waiting area, and names are called once in 10-15 minute intervals.

Love the people I see in clinic. They always seem to be able to draw blood better then others. The kindness and skills are overwhelming. Only one bad experience with one young hispanic had no communication skills at all. The billing dept has horrible skills in billing seems, I get billed all the time this past year I have to call all the time. I always give billing information. Medicare and Champ VA. When I call I am told its is corrected. But still billed anyway !

As I am sitting on the phone waiting to talk to someone, after the office called me, 32 minutes and counting. If the office is closed for lunch the auto dialer should be turned off!!!! I drive a truck for a living. I. Cannot talk and drive so I have been sitting in a parking lot waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I get paid by the hour, i usually do t take a lunch break, today I guess I am, well will affect my pay. So far the lab now owes me for half an hour of my pay, so they owe me $14 dollars.... Pathetic.....(Update) Thanks to Don we were able to work out that it was the actual doctors office that I was on hold with, not DLO, Don was helpful and respectful through the whole conversation.

Would give less than a star if that were an option. The one star goes to the lab staffer that did draw my blood. I am being incorrectly billed and cannot speak to a real person about it. Insurance keeps rejecting claim because of incorrect coding or information missing. Corporate would not assist me, there is no "Chat" option as is recommended on their email, if you call customer support number, you are advised they are "understaffed and cannot answer your call" and THEN hangs up on you AFTER you spend 5 minutes entering in all your info on their answering phone tree. I will never use Quest or DLO again, I will also chose to send anyone I know elsewhere. HORRIBLE customer service and their billing is corrupt.

Took my wife in yesterday they said the out of butterfly’s so had to do straight poke well didn’t turn out to good my question is if your out of supplies why are you still doing labs plus it appears the vain blew

Terrible staff and the supervisors are even worst! I had missing information for a very urgent matter and could not get this taking care of in time due DLO mistakes and Tina even had the nerve to be rude about it all!! Negative 10 star if possible!!!

Kiddo had lab work done. I paid ON TIME when billed. Started getting letters of non payment. Called REPEATEDLY to DLO and to insurance co., and sent in all requested documentation that I HAD paid. Was told DLO messed up and it would be taken care of. CHILD’S account was then sent to collections. What kind of organization is this? Would give negative 5 stars if that was an option.

We have been trying to take care of a bill for a procedure that Medicare/insurance should have already taken care of because it was medically necessary. This has gone on for months. They refuse to take care of it, always blaming me or the doctor’s office for wrong codes etc.

I second the review above. The staff are not helpful and very rude. His nurse makes me not want to go back. Dr. Hyde on the other hand seemed very good. I hate to give him a low review but overall my experience has not been good.

Repeatedly charged for tests someone else had, even after bringing it to their attention the first time. Some have reported to my credit report. It even clearly says on the bill the test was for the other person, who is of legal age and should rightly receive his own bills.
