I'm still waiting for my eye glasses. I've changed the address two times. The address I had the first time they didn't even try to deliver so I put alternate address and they didn't even attempt to deliver there because the people I had WAITING for my package was home all day waiting and nothing was delivered. So I have it scheduled for it to be dropped of to a mailing business in a town close to DHL office in the city and I'm already getting an email saying they couldn't deliver it because I "wasn't" home.

This was my first time using DHL in OKC to ship international and I had a great experience. Sheryl was super friendly and very helpful. She was able to get a shipment out to my son in Germany for a fraction of the price a competitor wanted. I definitely recommend DHL and plan on using them again.
