This was the best experience! Will never take our cars anywhere else. They diagnosed a problem which turned out to be a minor issue (mostly user error) and got us on our way. VERY trustworthy and reasonable prices. They do not price gouge or lie about services needed. They could have made a mint off me and I would have been none the wiser, but they honestly reported what they found, and it was an easy, cheap fix. Appreciate these guys. THINK HE PURPOSELY SABOTAGED MY TRUCK SO I WOULD HAVE TO BRING IT BACK FOR VERY EXPENSIVE REPAIRS!!! MY TRUCK NEEDED A NEW SPARK PLUG - HE PULLED IT OUT WHILE HOT AND NOW IT NEEDS HEAD WORK - WAS WORKING FINE (EXCEPT NEEDING NEW SPARK PLUG) WHEN I TOOK IT TO HIS SHOP!!!! I’ve been here twice, and both times were great experiences. They were very honest, which I’ve found to be quite rare!!! Also very quick to get things fixed. The first time, I had left my car overnight just because they thought it was something but turned it it was something else (and they didn’t try to charge me for the first part they changed that ended up not being the problem, which has happened to me before!!!) and the second time I was there maybe an hour and a half, and that’s only because the part they ordered took that long to arrive.

Joe and his staff are fantastic. They were recommended by a family friend who has used them for years. They made me a part of the experience by pointing out problems here and there about my vehicle. I stood right next to them in the garage as they told me the pluses and minuses. These guys were professional, friendly, and affordable!!! I will only take my vehicle to them from now on out and I live 30 miles away!

Called to ask if they did repairs to instrument cluster. Explained what was wrong with mine.Made appt took my truck in . They called the next day and said it was ready. When we went to get truck we were told that they didn't know what the correct mileage was so they used mileage from a past repair which was several thousand miles wrong also charged to overnight part which we didn't ask for. I talked to several other repair shops and was told that they could hook truck to computer to get actual mileage. When I called back to ask why they didn't do this was told they didn't have equipment.i feel like they should have called before putting wrong mileage in . Now I will have to pay someone else to have that fixed. I have always been happy with there service and have referred my friends but will not take my truck there again.
