I busted my ass for this company until they put a guy Kyle over drivers one year they started texting me crap for no reason my customers love me never had a problem with me if they did we fixed it together and the way they did me was bullshit,but thanks anyway 3 days later got hired with a company with great supervisors and not jerks..

have ordered parts twice thru okc dealers on dls and it has took two to three days to get parts when i was told it would be the next day. the office help was friendly and tried to help. the dealers said they had no control on what happens with dls.

Often in today's industry, one thing that lacks is customer service. This is not the case with DSL. They took care of all our needs with concern, consideration and speed to make sure our shipment was received without delay. Christie, Miguel and Jeramie are excellent!
We definitely recommend DSL for all your logistic needs.

We have been DLS customers for years, receiving deliveries daily, and have never had such incredible customer service as we have this past month. Chrissy never fails to find our answers, return our emails, or calls and always remains professional yet so very friendly. She always puts a smile on our face! She is a true asset to not just your team at DLS but to your customers as well. We appreciate her always making us feel like her top priority!

Cassie always goes above and beyond. Answers all my questions with a great attitude , is very helpful,and kind. I never dread when I have to call. Ben the delivery driver is very reliable and always has a smile on his face.

Todd Thompson and Dedicated Logistic Solutions were quick and professional. Todd even helped me get my delivery into the garage. It was much taller than I expected and I lack in height and strength. Not to mention, it was raining. Thank you again!
