This place won’t even ask you details about your call before hanging up in your face. I called to ask if they’d purchase my indoor security system and Brett, said we have our own and hung up. Just dumb… How unprofessional. Ick!

I've been dealing with Dean's for close to 15 years. I've never had a bad experience. They've been helpful & kind, especially Brett. I recommend them always to friends.

I called this place the guy was not friendly. He was very rude and would not listen I have missing items from my vehicle and the people refused to help me. I even called back and they ignored my out of state phone number. Very disturbing
