I get depressed from how slow the pharmacy is..I imagine alot of tiktok or something is getting in the way of people working. If I worked that slow I wouldn't have a phone to review with or pass the time burdened in a CVS non moving line

It was my first time using this pharmacy yesterday and I swear never to be back. The lady, I didn’t get her name I’m assuming she’s the head pharmacist coz she had to sign off for controlled substances (which is my first time taking too) the meanest rudest, unprofessional (no discretion) not compassionate pharmacist I’ve ever met. I felt judged around so many people in line, mind you people are sick that’s why they’re there, already not feeling well and you get a service like this??? She should not be in customer service like that. It wasn’t appropriate. I’ve read some comments and I wasn’t the first who experience this with her. I really hope someone in your company do something about her!

Waited in line in the drive thru, just for them to shut the grate in my face because it hit 6:00.1 pm and they don’t care about their customers. This is the 5th time they’ve been openly rude and I cannot understand how they’re still open. Worst pharmacy in town.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. I was very impressed with the enthusiasm and warmth that I received at this location. Hold on to this one, you have more than diamonds and gold. This is as sincere as I can be. Wow just wow!!!

This store is the worse the pharmacist the black African lady is very unprofessional as a pharmacist she spitted on me intentionally through the drive thru literally!! while I was trying to get my baby prescription that was called in this morning. I asked to send it to another cvs she told me no she wasn’t doing it. And I need to wait until after lunch after I done been in the line for awhile!!! I can’t believe cvs hire these type of people also she’ll be losing her license messing with me. As a pharmacist her professionalism was beyond terrible!!!

Called the pharmacy at 10 a.m. said medication would be ready in 2 hours. Went there at 2 p.m. and was told it wasn't ready yet. They are 4 days behind on filling prescriptions. NOT HAPPY.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in town. Prescriptions take forever to fill. I can't believe there are no 24hr CVS stores on this side of town. Why do insurance companies demand people use this pathetic excuse for medical needs?

They are unable to fill prescriptions. They will tell you it will be 30min-1hr and then tell you they are out and unable to fill. This has happened to me with the last 4 prescriptions i tried to pick up. Ended up having them moved to another pharmacy.
