I guess late night visits means having workers that seem to forget they are at work. Two lady workers were actually arguing and cursing like customers didn't exist.

Needed a 1 day pill pharmacist wouldn't give it cause hes a lazy worker this is the 2nd time this happened with him he just don't want to fill it.
People are so lazy these days and have no empathy.

Jeri, Kylie, and other store members helped me fulfill an order that was very challenging. They handled everything with patience and teamwork. Best CVS ive been to and will be back!

CVS has a wide variety of products including prescription and nonprescription medications, all at reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent and the wait time is not long at either the pharmacy counter or the regular check-out or self check-out. I prefer CVS over other pharmacies.

They have NO SOAP in the bathrooms so NO ONE is actually washing their hands with soap 🤢 disgusting. Never shopping here again.

They were out of my medication and could only tell me that it was on order. Asked for an eta and it seemed a secret or too much hassle to check. With tomorrow being a Friday and not having enough for the weekend, I needed to figure my best option. They just don’t give a crap and didn’t want to help.

I had gotten a prescription sent over to this pharmacy at 7:35 for my daughter who has an ear infection……. Drove straight to the pharmacy after seeing the doctor. The girl at the windows said they would fill it when it was received. I did not get a text saying anything was done until 10 AM the next day. Then I go to go pick up the prescription in the afternoon And the pharmacist is fixing the prescription while I’m sitting in line waiting for it. Why did I receive a text that it was done? Why could it not have been filled in the 2 1/2 hours that were left in that shift if it’s something that doesn’t take very long. This pharmacy will be changing prescriptions over to another one though I can’t deal with the bad customer service and my daughter being paid at 1 o’clock in the morning was not fun last night. . . Couldn’t sleep. . . . Then I called this evening and I can’t get a hold of a pharmacist to ask. Maybe if there was anything else I could do to help keep her comfortable because the prescription was started so late she would not be in pain today. had I’ve been able to pick up that prescription when I was ordered. This is very frustrating as a customer and as a parent!!!.

Seems to be hit & miss with these big chain drug stores these days. Some days I get right in & out, they have what I want, register is working properly & app opens to redeem coupons. Other days I wait 20+ minutes for my prescription to be ready after receiving the text it is ready, the checkout is broken or bogged down with customers who weren't actually ready to checkout, or they don't have the one item I am looking for, depending upon the season

Was looking for a medicated pad and couldn't find any at several stores I went to. I apologize for not remembering her name bit she got on the phone and found a CVS that had what I was looking for. Hats off to her for going the extra mile. A big thank you.

I appreciate the late service I got from the Lady that works 12:25 AM after midnight. After entering the store She acknowledged me as a valued costumer being helpful with my shopping and at my point of sale, very respectful, made sure my shopping experience was a good one.
