I had gotten a prescription sent over to this pharmacy at 7:35 for my daughter who has an ear infection……. Drove straight to the pharmacy after seeing the doctor. The girl at the windows said they would fill it when it was received. I did not get a text saying anything was done until 10 AM the next day. Then I go to go pick up the prescription in the afternoon And the pharmacist is fixing the prescription while I’m sitting in line waiting for it. Why did I receive a text that it was done? Why could it not have been filled in the 2 1/2 hours that were left in that shift if it’s something that doesn’t take very long. This pharmacy will be changing prescriptions over to another one though I can’t deal with the bad customer service and my daughter being paid at 1 o’clock in the morning was not fun last night. . . Couldn’t sleep. . . . Then I called this evening and I can’t get a hold of a pharmacist to ask. Maybe if there was anything else I could do to help keep her comfortable because the prescription was started so late she would not be in pain today. had I’ve been able to pick up that prescription when I was ordered. This is very frustrating as a customer and as a parent!!!.

Seems to be hit & miss with these big chain drug stores these days. Some days I get right in & out, they have what I want, register is working properly & app opens to redeem coupons. Other days I wait 20+ minutes for my prescription to be ready after receiving the text it is ready, the checkout is broken or bogged down with customers who weren't actually ready to checkout, or they don't have the one item I am looking for, depending upon the season

Was looking for a medicated pad and couldn't find any at several stores I went to. I apologize for not remembering her name bit she got on the phone and found a CVS that had what I was looking for. Hats off to her for going the extra mile. A big thank you.

I appreciate the late service I got from the Lady that works 12:25 AM after midnight. After entering the store She acknowledged me as a valued costumer being helpful with my shopping and at my point of sale, very respectful, made sure my shopping experience was a good one.

They always have what I need and/or want...and wanting more than I intended every time I visit. ???I just can't ignore the great deals, my reward bucks & coupons definitely come in handy.

I'm gonna complain only because I've called there 3 times trying to get a prescription fill and trying to get information and the pharmacy tech the woman not the male that answered the phone on February 19th is one of the rudest staff I have ever met and I have traveled from the West Coast to the East Coast. She would be the reason if they is a decline in sales. Her customers care is definitely not her strong suite. If she doesn't like her job tell her to go somewhere else.

I bought some Pokémon toys at a CVS in south OKC.I ended up getting the wrong ones so I called my local CVS and asked if I could return them here or if I needed to go back to the one I bought them at.They told me any CVS will work.So I come in to return them, they tell me “we don’t sell these, you’ll have to go to the one you got them from”I go “I literally called you an hour ago and asked if I could return these here and was told yes”She goes “yes that was me, but we can’t do anything with them”Then why did you not tell me that over the phone???If I could get negative stars, I would.

This CVS pharmacy has an incredibly helpful and polite staff. Everyone is always looking happy to be there and I wouldn’t get my prescriptions anywhere else! Plus, the little pharmacist in charge is very easy on the eyes! Definitely will be returning!

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for 4 years, and other CVS stores locally before that. The pharmacy techs have no customer service abilities. I asked why my prescription was changed to a different manufacturer and wasn’t notified. I was told by the tech “you get what you get at a retail pharmacy”. They also treat you like a drug addict for needing your controlled medication on time. No, it’s not good to go off medication. But they are totally ok if you’re about to have a seizure because of their errors. They’ve said “Then you need to go to the ER if it’s that bad”. If the pharmacy can’t get your prescription they should help you. I think these people are worked to death and don’t care anymore. They get a 30 minute lunch. That doesn’t explain the behavior though.

pharmacy refuses to assist disabled person. will not answer phones. will not help in any way. just horrible people.
