Cashier was rude unprofessional rolled her eyes at us interrupted when we spoke walked away when we spoke didn’t have a clue of what she was doing and managed to charge us $14 plus dollars over for a $1.99 box of cereal and on top of that charged our credit card twice and supposedly had no idea on how to do a refund and not a second of training on that either (her words not mine) and also made sure we knew she was a manager. WOW. Customer service is not in her vocabulary either nor is basic human kindness or patience or maturity. So we’re out more than $98 and more as far as the poor excuse for a managers concerned. Thank God for the other manager who retired from A T &T. He was helpful knowledgeable friendly apologetic and more. Too bad the other female I just complained about was as rude to him as she was to us or worse. Hats off to him he smiled the entire time!! He’s the real MVP!

Hold times are horrible. If they answer the phones. Most if the other CVS pharmacies are open till 7pm or later.

Has to be the absolutely slowest pharmacy EVER! Staff are not friendly and never seem to have any answers if you have questions. Wait in line just to pick a refill up for almost 30min. The drive thru speaker sounds like someone on Mars talking.

I went in for my seasonal flu shot, updated on Covid shots already, I want to see my big family this year!The pharmacist manager was so kind!She’s a hard worker too.I am one that appreciates great customer service!!!I visit this store often, over 20 years.Thank you for your kindness, we need more people like her!!!!

Don't order pictures from here. They say an hour and lost an order and found them hours later. They have no clue what they are doing and the manager was extremely rude.

awful pharmacy hours so it was over a week before i was able to pick up a prescription. they gave it to me in a sandwich baggie.sometimes there’s people sitting/sleeping on the sidewalk right outside the door. i’ve updated my address at least a dozen times but the address printed on my prescription is from 7 years ago

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They will just not fill certain scripts and then not tell you and leave them on hold status forever. If you need anything other than aspirin go somewhere else

This store is great! Sweet people that really care for you. I know everyone doesn’t’t have a good day everyday…. But you as a customer don’t have to be so rude for no real reason. Don’t take your bad day out on anyone.

I ran out of my medication that I honestly NEED. I just moved here and I don’t have an Oklahoma DL so I signed up for my medication to be delivered. My bank account was immediately charged but the medication was never delivered so I walked in the brutal heat (2.2 miles) and picked up the medication and was charged AGAIN. Was told they could not refund me my $29.42 and gave me an 1-800 number to call where after much time spent was told that ONLY this store could refund my money. I’m pretty unhappy. Welcome to Oklahoma lol

Worse store ever. So called night manager is not ok. He is rude. Very disrespectful man goes by the name of Nick. Went in store in an awesome mood and walked out angry and upset. Will never use this location again. Shame on you Nick.

Hope you like having appointments canceled four hours before they're scheduled, receiving a voice-mail that says to call back to reschedule, and then being hung up on after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes. Multiple times. I thought the first was a fluke, but called back again to reschedule, sat on hold for half an hour waiting and then someone audibly picked up the receiver and hung up without saying anything once again. Just leave people on hold if you can't answer, if you don't like it ringing, then pick it up?
