If I could leave a ZERO star I would. Just had total knee replacement. My dr called in pain meds. They are out but didn’t bother to let my dr or myself know. They will not send the prescription to another CVS

I am amazed at how quickly I can get in and out of there with my prescriptions. I would think everyone would go there. The barcode on the app cuts through all their searching to find my prescription. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions.

This is by far the worst pharmacy! I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for 5 days. I call and can't reach a human. Leave a voicemail that says you will be called back within the hour but no one calls back. If you want to run out of your prescriptions and continuously call to not get your issue resolved this is the pharmacy for you. For reference I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and this is a new issue so if you are going directly off reviews to choose a pharmacy I wouldn't read any farther back then a few months because those are useless in judging the quality of this pharmacy.

Horrible service, my prescriptions are ALWAYS late, customer service is horrible. Stay far away, I will be calling corporate. I’ve never seen such horrible service in my life, this place has gone downhill.

This CVS pharmacy has taken a major turn for the WORST! We have been coming here to get our prescriptions for 20 years and the recent pharmacist lady named Trish is so rude and horrible to customers!! I mean right out mean and rude!!! She hangs up on you continuously and so rude to you at the counter. No reason to be so rude to people unless you are always that miserable! She needs to be fired because she causing CVS to look horribly bad to their customers. Corporate will be notified!!

Pharmacy has gone heavily downhill and after 19 years, we're giving up on it and moving our business elsewhere. From not answering the phone when my husband needed prescribed pain meds after MOHS surgery, to not giving me proper instructions about why, after a week after ordering online, my medication hadn't been refilled, to failure to text about refills that are ready, to giving me incorrect information on a certain prescription, this pharmacy no longer possesses a shred of professionalism, insofar as our family needs go.
Then yesterday, the biggest let down of all time: THE PHARMACIST INTERRUPTED ME WHILE I WAS POLITELY ASKING ABOUT MY PRESCRIPTION, then HUNG UP ME. YES. The call was on speaker, so all three of us in our car experienced this.
I am going to contact both corporate and district managers.
I'm not rude or unreasonable...EVER. I'm not expecting a bouquet of roses when I call, as I know that the pharmacy is often understaffed and busy. But to refuse to reasonabley hear my concerns SO THAT THE PHARMACY CAN ADDRESS AND SOLVE MY LEGITIMATE ISSUES, THEN HANG UP ON ME?
Nope. Nothing about the pharmacist was polite or helpful yesterday. If she were my daughter, I'd be horrified that I'd brought her up so poorly!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE RUDE, CONSTRUERS OF CONFLICTING AND WRONG INFORMATION! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH A PHARMACIST WHO HANGS UP ON YOU WHEN YOU HARDLY DESERVE THIS!
My health AND yours is more important than this!
Also, since we're leaving this pHARMACY, CVS will likewise no longer get our money when we purchase OTHER ITEMS from the store, in general!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I switched from Walgreens several years ago due to many mistakes in scrips. After I switched to CVS, I had relentless issues of scrips going to my old insurance. This issue FINALLY got fixed over recent months. Fast forward to today. I go in, I ask to make sure my insurance is on the scrip, it's not. After some time I'm first told my benefits are inactive (Incorrect try again), after some more time I'm finally told that my insurance only covered a certain quantity in 25 days. Fine, not there fault, but I do ask, (as i've had some similar things in the past and the pharmacy has helped me) so I did ask, so is this something I need to get my doctor to send in a letter for or something, what needs to be done. The response, You can't get more than 15 in 25 days (INCORRECT again). I know this isn't passing the sniff test so I call my insurance company (basically ran by CVS also literally) that tells me I need a prior auth from my doctor and that'll fix it. Ohhhhh thank you... This is the correct answer. I've kept my cool to this point but I'm frustrated. I go back up to the check out to get helped and there's a worker with the biggest look of I hate my job, i hate my customers, please fire me. I explain the situation, (I doubt she listened) eyebrows raised and head tilted she says, "You can't get your prescription right now anyway it's not ready." To which I rebutted, "it is ready." [I had it next to me checking out when I ran into the issue lol]. Instead of saying oh let me check, she snaps back, "NO, It's not." Seriously? This is the customer service now here? I stated and asked in return, "It is ready it's been texted to me to pick up and I had it at the other register, I'm not sure why the attitude?", She then threw up her hands in front of her other employees and shouted in front of her co workers and other customers, "THIS guy thinks I have an attitude, hmmph" like some 2 year old throwing a tantrum? Then I just look and ask, What is going on here?? I have never seen this. So.. Is this the new CVS? The worker was white, reddish blondish hair. I asked for her name to make a complain but didn't get it. I hate the my insurance is ran with CVS but I believe my coverage does carry anywhere. Definitely will be looking across the street.

This is the worst place ever. They are rude, disrespectfully, condescending, and they just treated my family like trash. I would not tell anyone to go to the place. If you are reading this please pick a new place. Any place would be better than this store.

Nicole at this cvs is amazing. She is able to help multiple people at once. I had some difficulty with some UPS shipments... finding my text message receipts. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This location needs to know how valuable she is.
