Helped by: TRISH on May 4, 2023 at 2:05 PMI explained that I just left the hospital and need to know how to start Dexamethasone 4mg tablet ASAP to keep my pain in check. I need to know at what time I can start it and subsequence times to take it after that. She did not understand it. After few more chats, she told me to wait until the morning to start, but I am in pain and I don't think I can wait. She said Dexa is for inflammation not for pain (really no relation?), and told me to use over the counter pain medication. I told her they did not help me initially. She asked me to call the Doctor. I knew that I can not get any more helpful information, I asked her how often I will take it. She told me after every meal and before bedtime. I asked her do I need to divide into equal amount of times? She said no. She did not capable to at least give a time line examples to take this kind of steroid medication. No explanation why should I wait until the morning to help customer feel less anxious or worry about it. Rating: zero star for her.

The Pharmacy "Tech" named Lauren has the worst customer service skills that i have ever seen in all my years. She made me wait in line for over an hour only to tell me the other CVS that had called a script into her store because they were out of the medicine. She told me they didn't call three times while responding to m saying another store called in a script because they were out. Then I had to ask her to call the other store. Then after making me wait for another 20 mins she came to the window and ask me to leave because I made her feel threatened.RIDIKULOUS!!!!!! THE MOST UNPROFRESSIONAL interaction no wander these guys have only 1.5 stars.

Do not fill prescriptions here. Had me on hold 20 min. Transferred my sons RX to a different CVS because they did not have the medication in stock. This CVS deleted the RX and said they have no way to retrive the prescription. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for my son’s breathing treatment med. (He just got the prescription today, so no, we as parents did not wait until the last minute). I will continue to discourage everyone I know from using any CVS pharmacy.

Got my flu shot here yesterday. The lady pharmacist who speaks with a heavy accent, (Don’t know her name) is an awesome lady. She is very knowledgeable very caring and patient. This Pharmacy is lucky to have her.I’m glad she is so close to my home. Can’t say enough good about her. You go girl!

I have been a regular customer at this store for a couple of years. The staff is always friendly and very attentive to my needs as a caretaker. My husband is on hospice with only telephone visits for the past month so I have not been out of my house for 6 weeks. I arranged online to have my prescriptions delivered but was unable to include the add on items advertised on the website. I called the manager to see if he might be able to take my order over the phone. He asked for my address and the next thing I knew there was a CVS sack on my doorstep! A big THANK YOU to my local CVS for going above and beyond!
