I believe that CVS are saving lives. Doing what they do you can't always be 1st in line. But they taking care of business. Thanks for your service Otis Rucker

This is a good place to shop here off the North East side. The staff here are friendly and very down to earth. The only problem is SOMETIMES they are closed a little earlier than expected but other than that it's a great clean store

Good place but manager needs to supervise how workers answer phone calls, they are really mean and unprofessional

This place sells expired medicines. Kinda funny there located on the predominantly African American side of town and I’m sure it’s the same way on the Latino side to.

Exceptionally poor service. I waited for over 30 minutes on the phone for naught before the store closed. The staff is clearly dependent on the automated service, which is perhaps an ominous warning of our collective fate.

CVS Pharmacy Motto: Bringing heart. Prioritizing health. Getting there together. This pharmacy does not even deserve one star. They are not prioritizing our health. Their service has been deplorable since I moved to Oklahoma City. I had a wonderful pharmacist and staff in Indianapolis, but I didn't set my expectations to those standards. I don't think it's too high of an expectations to think they'll fill my prescription to be filled in a few hours. Right? A few days, though? That's completely unacceptable. I stopped going to this location well over two years ago, even though it's conveniently located within a mile of my office, so this has been an issue prior to Covid. They can't use that as an excuse.Back to why I'm compelled to write a review today. For some reason, my doctor accidentally sent my prescription there today. She thought I could get through it and initially did not prescribe anything. I have been sick for more than a week now so I need medicine. Diabetics need their medication.People who have seizures need their medication.Anyone getting a prescription needs it filled for a purpose. This pharmacy is NOT serving their community. They should be ashamed. I would have included an image, but

Do not go here for COVID testing. I have waiting two weeks for results. This is sad to think I paid for something that takes two or more weeks for results. Use the free county test. It was quick and easy. I thought the private sector would be quicker. No such luck.

My dentist pulled my tooth, then with prescription for painkillers in hand I went in the CVS at ne 23rd and mlk......the pharmacist said she was working alone and couldn't get to it right away and asked me to come back at 430 after a three hour wait at home I drove back... the same lady told me I wouldlnt be ready for another 30 minutes at least......I told here due to my pulled tooth I needed the medicine right away.....so, she started lecturing me about how working by herself she had to find, sort and type the labels by herself and couldn't keep up.....she didn't show the slightest concern for me or my tooth ache....since I had some old pain killers in the medicine cabinet at home I simply WALKED OUT.....sadly it is the only pharmacy on the northeast side of OKC!

Theres an older AA gentleman maybe named Charles who works nights who is always so helpful and kind. I live in the area, which is a really bad part of town. It's very rare you get good customer service around here, but him always being so friendly and polite is really appreciated. The store would seriously be lacking if he were to ever leave and I dont think I would even bother stopping in if he weren't there.

My wife and I used this pharmacy for about two years and originally without any issues except for a few clerical mix-ups, however I am not sure what happened- but the last 7-8 months have been very unsatisfying. Specifically I feel like the lines used to be quick, but now I have to go and wait a while for my prescriptions. I have also waited numerous times for the pharmacy to fill a prescription for even up to two weeks only to call and hear that the drug was not in stock. I was not notified of this until I called. I'm not sure what happened, and I don't usually leave bad reviews- but i'm incredibly disappointed with this establishment and am taking my business elsewhere.

This store has a disgusting bathroom for customers, and when asked if someone can take care of it they said they don't have enough people to handle it. It is before 9am and the bathroom is piled up with paper towels that people have used to wipe due to no toilet paper. The person i talked to made excuse after excuse. Instead of correcting the problem they slapped a closed sign on the door. If i were a guessing person i would think that they just don't care because this is in a low-income area with a large minority population. I would bet money the CVS stores near my house in a higher income area NEVER look like this. #cvs

Stopped here for some goodies after leaving the library across the street and stayed longer than anticipated looking at the Easter stuff they have out from baskets to candy/chocolates as well as toys..
