Custom Transmission is the most honest place you could ever take your car to for a transmission.Office manager Beverly is very professional and the most knowledgeable woman I have ever met when it comes to transmissions. She definitely knows her business and has always been fair and honest.I would recommend this business if you are looking for a shop with integrity and honest mechanics.

The price was too high and I had to take out a loan. They charged $4500 while AAMCO only charged $2000 for the same transmission repair. Firestone recommended them, but they are not trustworthy. My car's transmission went out again not even 6 months after they 'repaired' it. It doesn't even have 100,000 miles on it. It should not be having these issues. I wish I knew about AAMCO sooner so I wouldn't have wasted my time and money with these guys.Edit: They also refused to do any repairs the second time because it wasn't 'under their warranty.' They messed up my car and didn't take any responsibility for doing so.

The work they did on my son's car failed in less than a year. They do not honor extended warranties. I will not be trusting any of my vehicles with this shop. The car has under 100,000 miles on it and we should not have to fix the transmission twice in less than a year.Service: Transmission

They had my husbands jeep 2 months. After driving it a few weeks it is now at fowler getting a new transmission. Idk what they did for 3500 but they sure didn’t fix his jeep!!!

The lady at front desk was very kind and professional in assisting me. The mechanic fixed an issue with my transmission puking transmission oil when parked. Repair cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend, 10/10.

Emailed requesting what they offer as warranty "no reply". Had no issues replying to get the work though. Transmission does not shift at all. Shop claims mechanical and electrical, when I picked it up they couldn't figure out what an error code was. Apparently you want someone who will give a warranty on their work!
