I had a check engine indicator with a nasty fault code just outside Oklahoma City. We have a Tiffin Motorhome that we live in, so there was some urgency to get it addressed. The OKC Cummins guys got us in quickly. They were honest, professional, and skilled. They took the time to explain everything and educate me in the workings of the Cummins fuel system. They did everything possible to make us comfortable and finished the job as quickly as possible. These are the kind of folks you keep going back to.

Make sure you have DEEP POCKETS. Their shop rate is OUTRAGEOUS and they don’t detail labor rate and labor hours on the invoice, just slap a LARGE amount on the bill. My extremely well maintained Onan 7k watt gas generator went in for oil spitting out the exhaust. The day of repairs, I was told several times the techs were worried they wouldn’t finish that day. They had 2 days to give me that heads up and didn’t. Suddenly after lunch, it was going to be ready early. I had $267 in parts and $2800+ IN LABOR. The *very next day* there was oil leaking. I was told that was a new issue and it would be another $2,000 to fix. They fixed the motor back to full capacity which put full pressure on the head gasket. Apparently testing with a load WAS NOT PERFORMED and that’s how this was missed…or was it? I’m a single professional woman and I feel extremely taken advantage of. They had me over a barrel and because I didn’t know what to look for or the right questions to ask, it’s my tough luck…paraphrasing the branch managers words.

The service may good here, but don't how you would know, no one there ever picks up a phone, it all goes to cummins corporate or to a voice mail that no one ever calls back.

Be careful of their billing practices! They will get your credit card in advance. A 15 minute call with no work, no parts was over $500. There are other companies in town that service all different generators.

The office staff and technician were polite and helpful during my first service experience with my RV generator.

This place is incompetent and tries to charge you for their incompetence. They couldn’t fix my generator on my RV because they couldn’t find anything wrong with it when I know there’s something wrong with it when it won’t run and then they want to charge me $600 for a diagnostic fee but they didn’t find anything wrong. I will never be back.

The parts guy needs a raise! Super knowledgeable and went the extra step to ensure I had the right part. Got my account set up for future business. Wish they work on medium duty trucks but they still pointed me in the right direction on which shop to go to. Now that’s service.

Traveling and had the DEF injector go out in our motorhome. They worked me in and took great care of us. Very reasonable and great service minded people. I highly recommend them.
