Workers won’t let anyone in at ten mins to close. My son wanted a pair of crocs but I didn’t know what size. I was already in the store and they wouldn’t let him in to try them on. I am rating them two stars because at the end of tax weekend, they were the cleanest/still organized store we went in.

staff was rude unwelcoming. the staff pushed me and my autistic some out of isles almost knocking him over while trying shoes on. staff also treated us as if we had no money to spend in the store. one associate made it a point to hold the shoes before scanning them to tell us there will be no returns or exchanges. the receipt says there's a 45 day period to return or exchange. I have never felt that unwelcome in a store before. I will not be going back.

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about for this location. We stopped by right before closing, and the two associates were kind and welcoming. They helped the boys and me with sizing and picking out their Crocs. I don’t wear them myself, but the boys love them.
This location offers a military discount, which I really appreciate, and they often have sales—at least 25% off when we went. There were so many styles, colors, and accessories to choose from. Overall, a great shopping experience.

I bought a pair of croc flops size
12 same size I have worn for years at a store in Branson. Put them on wore them for a little bit and foot was hanging off the back. Tried to return to the local store in Oklahoma City and said they couldn’t return cause they are worn. If they were the same
Size as my crocs I have worn for years and verified they were the same Size I would have gladly kept them. Employees said it wasn’t them so they didn’t know. When we pay 50.00 for a pair of flip flops there should be some sort of service involved. Maybe we won’t wear crocs anymore.

Nahh I’m done shopping here. Made a purchase earlier today and they wouldn’t let me return the item because it’s open. I literally bought them a few hours ago.

Saleta the manager at this store is a terrible person who is dishonest, and lacks the ability to communicate clearly. She has no customer service skills and I will never shop from this business. Order your crocs online. Better prices and you don't have to deal with low class humans.

Wasn’t happy to be charged for a reusable bag without any kind of heads up. I don’t need to pay for a bag for a pair of crocs.

Apparently they start ‘winter hours’ beginning of September, everywhere online shows opening hours as 10am but don’t count on that, nowhere can I find where they open any later but after unloading two kids & grandma to get crocs this morning, & calling after 10:15am they don’t open until 11am. So glad they could update their customers rather than wasting peoples time & energy.

The little Mexican girl with glasses,with long black stringy hair and tattoos. Rude!!! Wanna speak to all the white people that came in, but was mute when I walked in. Get better customer service, because that next person ain't about to be so nice.
But, the other girl that was working, she was really really helpful I think her name was Alana (it says it on my receipt) she was a white girl because I don't wanna confuse her with the other rude one. But she was really helpful.

The worst customer service ever at Crocs. The lady who checked me out was rude and not nice at all. Don’t give this store a business! Zero star??
