The little Mexican girl with glasses,with long black stringy hair and tattoos. Rude!!! Wanna speak to all the white people that came in, but was mute when I walked in. Get better customer service, because that next person ain't about to be so nice.
But, the other girl that was working, she was really really helpful I think her name was Alana (it says it on my receipt) she was a white girl because I don't wanna confuse her with the other rude one. But she was really helpful.

The worst customer service ever at Crocs. The lady who checked me out was rude and not nice at all. Don’t give this store a business! Zero star??

Do not go here. Employees are not properly trained and rude. No hassle-free return at this store. They told me I could not return my items because they are collaboration items but they are not. I was able to return them back online with no issues. Employees tried to laugh at me because of my return. I left the store in bad mood and will never return.

Will never step foot at this store again ! Worst customer service ! I’m already going to contact your corporate for this . This lady was blocking the store with her two arms and asked us if we will buy coz she won’t let us in if we just wanted to see first ! Seriously lost my business forever

Do not go here and purchase anything. All they want is your money, they will scam you out of every penny! I would only check size here and go online and order it. They give you a bag as if it’s “complimentary” but they charge you $3 for it at checkout without even telling you. I specifically asked what their return policy was and she told me 45 days. So when I tried to return an unworn pair of crocs, they’re now telling me I cannot. Management needs to do better and educate their employees of their policy and rules. Also the employees watch you like a car sales man! It felt like I was being pressured into buying the crocs because she watched and followed me the whole time I was in the store. I don’t know if they get commission or not but it felt like it.

Went to the store 15 minutes before closing. There’s a worker stationed at the door telling customers they can only come in if they tell them the specific shoe they are buying. I understand it’s close to closing but customers should be able to come in and select items until the store closing time. I’ve worked plenty of retail places where it was this way

Bought a pair of crocs on-line but they did not fit and tried to return them to the store as the directions on the email said to do and the store said to could not take them back even though it says return to store. This is literally the only store in the state and the crocks I was trying to return where even stocked on the shelf in front of the register. I have bought many pairs of crocs and with this experience i will never by any again. If i could put zero stars I would.
