I came in with an emergency and Kendra saved me completely. She quickly changed over all of my info to my new phone. We giggled and had a good time while waiting for the upload. 10/10 will definitely recommend this location. Everyone I've come into contact with has been amazing!!!

Finally decided to make the switch from T-Mobile. Went in last week and was helped by Yeilin. She was extremely helpful, nice and knowledgeable; and made things as easy as possible. Thanks a bunch Yeilin!

Latonya greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful in assisting us in adding 2 lines. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her help. The store was very clean and it is a good location.

The location is wrong on Google maps. This is actually located on the opposite side of Panera. It's on the corner intersection on Rockwell.For anyone trying to close a line (if you have multiple lines and already paid for it) they can only suspend it until the next pay period on the day of asking. You can't ask for a future date to close the line. And no refunds for that. Overall good customer service and they made things clear.

I would give 0 if I could. We have used cricket for less than 30 days (it's 20 days today) and we have had nothing but problems. First of all, we asked more than twice if the phones were 5g, we were told yes and we asked if there was a data speed slow down with the $60 plan at all and were told no, both were blaten lies, the phones are 4g and there is a slow down at 22 gbs! If they try to tell u otherwise they are lying!!. Then, when we were buying the phones and the employee was trying to set them up, she could not get them to make calls at all, turns out it was a cricket system issue, so we couldn't even use our new phones for 6 hours!! Then, we get home and my phone is already not charging at all....so we go back to the store, and at first the manager says they can't return it because the phone number was written on the box BY THEIR EMPLOYEE. then finally, she agrees to exchange it. Fast forward three weeks (to today) and suddenly the new phone stops charging again, as well as our service completely not working. Couldn't make calls, couldn't make texts, couldn't even load pics or internet at all. So we go to the store and explain what was happening to the girl who claimed to be the DISTRICT MANAGER (and yet didn't even know the basics of the plans or the way things worked) and she starts screaming at me that she can't do anything and that I'm just being difficult and all that. When I asked for my account number to switch she refused to give it to me, which seems very sketchy. Eventually we ended up walking out because of how rude she was. If she doesn't like people, she should find a new job and if she is the district manager, she shouldn't be. You don't treat people like that period. All in all, cricket has been nothing but a nightmare and the customer service is absolutely awful. Go literally anywhere else.Update after finally getting my account number from a phone agent- we were able to switch to metro for the same monthly price and I got a brand new 5g iPhone 11 for $50. They had a bunch of free phones also, way more than cricket.
