Serenity is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient with not so knowledgeable customers, and an outstanding problem solver. Don't know what I would have done without her help. She is superior to all other cricket employees I have encountered.

I came in with an emergency and Kendra saved me completely. She quickly changed over all of my info to my new phone. We giggled and had a good time while waiting for the upload. 10/10 will definitely recommend this location. Everyone I've come into contact with has been amazing!!!
